I came to Kroh's to take in my wedding dress. It was an elegant dress with a detachable overskirt. They did an incredible job taking in the dress, hemming it to the perfect length and taking in the overskirt to ensure it lined up exactly with where it would now attach to the main body of the dress. She even changed the style of the lower portion of the dress to have more of a mermaid/closer fit. The dress felt like it was made for me and it laid perfectly as I moved. I was nervous to take my wedding dress anywhere but at Kroh's they were kind, professional, and did a beautiful job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I want to thank Mimi for all the work she did for our daughter’s wedding. My daughter’s suit, my youngest daughter’s gown, and my gown were hemmed and taken in perfectly! Mimi is wonderful and on time with everything she did for us. She is wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend to all my friends to go see her for all alterations. Thank you again Mimi!!!

Mimi did such a terrific job and in such a surprisingly short amount of time. The company I ordered my suit from messed up the pants in sizing all around and she was able to take them from easily 3 sizes too big down to a perfect fit. Zero measuring tape, just safety pins and they turned out absolutely fantastic.

Meme is an incredible seamstress.  The alterations (redesigned the sleeves) that she did are beautiful and were done early.  Now I will be comfortable in the dress for my son’s wedding.

Mimi is great! When my bridesmaids dress came in less than a month before I needed it, Mimi was able to do a fitting the same day it came in. She worked on the dress quickly and had it ready in a short amount of time. Her alterations were flawless! She was communicative and wonderful to work with. Had a couple pair of kids jeans altered this week - the servuce was great, very kind to my granddaughter. I am beyond pleased with how they came out - they look perfect, you can't even tell they've been hemmed! I bought her 5 more pairs to take in because I'm so happy with the results. The dry cleaning here is well done, and typically done before its due date. Just came in for tailoring and was met with quick and kind service. My suit looks noticeably nicer, I will absolutely come back to tailor more garments.

I had a comforter cleaned for the first time.  Zips did an excellent job and I got a discount on it due to a current promotion.  Iris checked my comforter in and was there when I picked it up.  She is very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.  It was a pleasant experience and I plan on taking other things into Zips for cleaning.
