This is my go to dry cleaners. They are very nice and fair in price. They also have a quick turn around. One time I went to them because I got coffee dropped on me on my morning commute ( the subway, am I right? Lol) and they had my sweater back to me by lunch.

I dropped off a garment with a ketchup stain and it was returned with the stain exactly the same as if they hadn’t even cleaned it, and they charged me $38.  I later got the stain out on my own with a tide pen and water. I won’t be going back.

I’ve had a few services done here (dry cleaning, hemming, sewing), and they’ve all been done perfectly! The owner is super kind as well, and prices are very reasonable - highly recommend!

Found a stain on my shirt after the dry cleaning, possibly from a previous food stain. Took it back. The owner was so kind and said she would treat it and reclean it without charge. Really recommend this dry cleaning! Great service and very professional!

I have been taking my clothes to this dry cleaner for years. They do amazing work, have taken out many stains I have not been able to remove, and tailored multiple garments for me. I have never had a negative experience in my years of going here. Even after moving to a new state for work I bring my clothes back here for dry cleaning when I am in the area because of how much much I love their work.

Is it weird I am going to miss my dry cleaner?  We have lived in the neighborhood for two years and we were so lucky to find Coolidge Looking Good and Konstantin right away.  Great service, thorough and quick.  The tailoring services are a cut above what one usually gets at a dry cleaner.  The tailor has taken on some fairly sophisticated projects with beautiful results.  Now that it's time to move, I will miss Kostas and his team!

I sent in a white winter coat for dry cleaning that was badly stained from coffee and dirty snow. I was afraid it was too far gone. Instead, it came out literally looking like new!

Worst dry cleaner I have ever been to!  Do not take clothes here!!!

* They damaged several of my items.
* They didn't allow me to pay for and pick up the non damaged items.
* The manager refused to take responsibility, blamed me for the damage, and even called me names in front of another customer.
* He refused to accept credit card payment and held my clothes hostage.
* I called the police who helped negotiate the release of my clothes for cash.

Note: It looks like they have some positive reviews, which appear to be for the tailoring, not dry cleaning, part of the business.

They shrunk my 2 jackets that cost a total of around $750.

They are not using the proper products or procedures to protect the fabrics.

Clothes can be replaced. Reputation cannot.

Don't come here with nice jackets, they wash it with water and/or they use very high heat for drying, causing damage and shrinkage.

Everything they have done for us has been top notch and quicker than expected. She did a lovely job tailoring a dozen dress shirt sleeves, suit pants, and two suit jackets for my son. We dropped off on Friday of Labor Day weekend and they were ready when I popped in on Monday (they were working on the holiday!). They do our laundry when we are here at a hotel, very quick and convenient. And dry cleaning comes out very nice. Highly recommend this reliable business.

I've had clothes dry cleaned, repaired, and stains removed -- they always do a wonderful job!

The ladies that work there are amazing tailors and take care of all of my very expensive dry cleaning. With regards to tailoring, they have hemmed jeans for me but kept the nice finished original hem and they have held up amazingly well. They also hemmed a romper, fixed the lining of my coat, and have hemmed really nice evening dresses of mine. With regards to dry cleaning, from a full glass of red wine on a grey coat, silk tank tops with stains, to expensive cocktail dresses, they handle all of my items with extreme care. They charge fair prices for the quality of handling they deliver, and if you’re a loyal regular customer they treat you especially well with discounts and expedited dry cleaning.

they break all my buttons in my suit poor quality

I would strongly suggest to stay away from this place. I had my suit dry cleaned, and got it back without one button. It was just ripped off. They refused to take responsibility, refused to compensate or refund me, and offered instead to just replace all the buttons in my suit with some wore down and inappropriate buttons they had in the back.

I really wanted to like this place - it's convenient, inexpensive and the staff is always nice - but I guess you get what you paid for. I would avoid it at all costs.
