Very clean. Not busy in the afternoon. Very accessible and private parking in the back. Prices are pretty typical for a laundromat.

Renovated in September 2021. Machines function well. Premises are clean and maintained. Inexpensive.

Washers are cleaner than most other places in town, machines are usually available any time of day, but the dryers recently take way too long to dry clothes. I’m spending more than double what I used to on the dryers, they’re clearly not functioning as well as they used to. Dryers also use up time while the door is open, so do NOT put change in the machines till you’ve got all your clothes in. Similarly don’t take clothes out till every minute is used up

Love the new washers and that people aren't allowed to just be hanging around. I'm still upset they took away the free wifi, especially for the money and time I spend doing laundry in there w my son.

Great place, incredibly nice people.  I had some issues with a few dresses, including the dress I used as my wedding dress.  It was long and white with a lace overlay.  They kept it for longer than usual, which I communicated was absolutely fine, I wasn't going to be wearing them anytime soon- please do what they can to remove a stain from my wedding dress.  Two weeks later they returned all 3 of the dresses, and charged me nothing due to how long it took and the fact they couldn't entirely remove the stain from the wedding dress, though they tried!  Truly kind generous people- they absolutely did not need to do that!  Really nice place, I take all of my dry cleaning there.

So, we had a problem. Our son was going to be in performance and needed a suit coat in a few days. His needed cleaning and when I brought it in they let me know the day it would be finished was several days after when the performance would have taken place.  Oof. I told them our problem and they worked with me to get us his jacket back as soon as possible. I very much appreciate the transparency and hospitality they shared while helping us out. We'll be back.

They lost one of my items before I went away on a business trip. She said she would call me when the item arrived. She did not. The place also will often close without notice. I spent three weeks trying to pick up the item when it finally did arrive. When I finally made it the business, she still charged me the same amount and took no responsibility for the item being lost.  Avoid this business.

I wish there were a category below poor-fair as Royal Cleansers has earned it for Royally screwing me.  I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody, the owner is probably the most unprofessional business man I've ever encountered (or attempted to encounter).  I recently brought a large item to Royal Cleaners at their Elm Street location for dry cleaning.  The items was dropped off damage free, but was returned to be damaged.  I've been trying for over a week to get in touch with management, I've left several phone messages and my calls are going unanswered.  I DO NOT recommend this business; they have an F rating from the BBB and are not BBB accredited.

Nice people, but they are OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE and the quality of their work is average.  We wouldn't go there again.
