Do not, under any circumstances, trust these cleaners with your clothing (especially if you value them). I had been coming to cleaners for over 7 years at this point. Prior my 2nd and most recent issue, I only encountered a small speck of either calcium, starch, or left over detergent stain on a medium grey garment (I didn't make a big deal of it, I just cleaned it off at home). However, my 2nd incident is where I drew the line. Typically, when I go in (I'm guessing she's the owner), is usually as polite as one could be. Over the years, I have seen her go off on other customers if they have complaints a few times, but it had never happened to me before last week. Unfortunately, I picked up 4 of my suits I had previously dropped off, and upon wearing one, I noticed a scorch on the sleeve. The jacket is maybe 2 years old, and I've worn it maybe 7 times, if not less. I initially thought, "it's ok, I'll just get a new one." However, I decided to check the other suits I picked up that day, and to my surprise, 3/4 I dropped off/picked up were scorched in multiple places. I went back during the weekend to inquire, and the owner immediately denied the damages. My suits were not dropped off in that condition. I said that and showed her the marks on each garment. She denied having equipment that could, "put holes in clothes." To which I replied, "you do press them, right?" And she said yes. In fact, she even said directly after this question, "I normally tell someone if I see anything, but I didn't see any holes, but I didn't see any." I then repeated that to her and restated, "so there were no holes when I dropped them off?". At this point in the conversation I asked if they had an attorney I could speak to. She denied having representation. Had she been friendlier, and shown a hint more professionalism or simply offered to have her tailor inspect/repair the garments, I would not have to send my clothing off to a textile inspector, taking them to small claims, creating a dispute with the BBB...all over a few un-tailored off the rack suits. Avoid this business and save yourself the time and hassle.

Tried this cleaners based on an urgency. I was highly impressed with the timely and quality. I  have used them twice since then and remain impressed.

The owner does an awesome job with his services, but the staff or should I say, the lady who works the front counter is terrible. Her attitude is nasty and she has poor customer service. How you gone tell me I have to pay up front and not explain why. Telling me maybe this happened or maybe you left something that was donated over a year ago???? But if it was donated, you would have charged me a storage fee for leaving them but this is the first time you informing me to pay up front 😡 Do better!!!

My Dress had dirt finger prints in them. Never again will I have my Husband take my dresses there again.

The hours are very convenient. Same day service is a promise they keep. My clothes are well cared for. The price is reasonable.  My third time as a customer and no problems so far.

Took my kid coat (moose knuckle) to get cleaned dropped it off Friday picked it up Monday when I picked it up I didn’t look at the coat until I got home by that time they were closed. The coat was very ashy it looked like it was washed in the washing machine. I took it back Tuesday morning she goes to say it’s the material that it’s made of that made it look ashy, and that’s how it’s supposed to look. She didn’t even give me a chance to say anything because she was too busy talking over me. She got so defensive as soon as I mentioned (it looked washed in the washing machine) she was very rude and I will never step foot in that place again.

Lol I won't waste my time bring anything here. The quality of work looks like something a small child would do. I could do a better job myself sewing if I had a sewing machine. Don't let the outside  fool you, it may look nice but it isn't worth  the money.

I came and asked to have winter jacket underarm sewn up.  I asked the cost of it, and was told $10. Always look at your receipt, because apparently she added on the cost of cleaning which I didn't ask for. So I get a $30 charge instead of $10. She claims she don't sew unless cleaned also, but she didn't say that upfront.  Dishonest and unfriendly.

Poor service … took 3 shirts charged me $17.85 looks like they didn’t even wash the items. I would’ve done a better job at home!!!  Then she was very rude when I called

I took a pair of work pants to be stitched on both legs and a button needed to be replaced. The 1st time they only did one pant leg an no button. The second time they did the other leg and still no button. I even brought in the original button and gave it to them and they still couldn't get it right! I'm done!
