I had a bridesmaid dress emergency! The evening before my sister in laws wedding I made the mistake of steaming my dress to get the wrinkles out. Woke up early in the AM to find calcium water deposits all over the bottom of the dress. I thought it was ruined! I went here as soon as they opened and the owner was so sweet! I explained how I would need it back in a couple hours for the wedding and he got it done by then! It was amazing and best part is all the stains were taken out! Highly recommend! Love Sheldon's! It's my favorite cleaners in town!! It usually only ever takes 2 days to get my things back & they haven't lost a thing yet! my clothes always  come back exceeding my expectation. & The staff there is amazing!! Such friendly counter clerks, all the time!! very much appreciate them as they always go the extra mile to ensure your clothes will look the best it can.

I tried to get a quote for my bridal dress preservation. I felt bad for the new employee who had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t find the form for me to fill out. He asked me to come back the following day, to speak to someone who knew things, but I had driven 45 minutes to get there and was not about to drive back the next day. Very unimpressed.

I went into Sheldons and asked the lady if I can have the pockets on my shorts sewed shut and she said “No!, No we only do basic things like hemming” and she told me I’ll have to go somewhere else. I was kinda of surprised from how negative that interaction felt but I didn’t feel like driving around town so I settled and asked may I just have 2 inches hemmed off the bottom. She let out a big sigh and said “ugh No, No the material has stretch in it so they won’t be able to work with that. Ok!” I would not recommend this place for alterations! I would rather pay money to a place that makes me feel welcome and makes me feel like they want to help me. Two thumbs down!!!

This is a terrible place to go I needed a suit for a Friday and to be honest it's kinda of my fault for not remembering but they asked for my number and they didn't even call or like a little reminder and honestly it's very expensive especially for an occasion for one day terrible unproffiseional workers when I went to the place they were yelling at me and they looked like they didn't even wanna attend me.

I paid $17.50 for a dress to be cleaned and it is just as dirty as when I dropped it off. Every single spot is still there. I picked it up on a Saturday and emailed customer service with my info, photos of the dress, and a refund request. It's been five days and I've received no communication. The dress is dirty, they ignored my email, they kept my money. I will definitely not be using Sheldon Cleaners again and I'll advise anyone against their services.

I used to use this company at their other location until they started messing up my orders.  I decided i would try one more time. When i dropped off my dress shirts i asked 3 times that they come back folded as i needed them for a suitcase. She said she heard me the first time. Came and picked them up and they are on hangars.  Another employees response. Oops!  Oh well i gave them a second chance and they thoroughly disappointed.

I sent in a rug to be cleaned and on the 22nd of December I was told it was being delivered to my home, only to find out that the rug that was delivered was not my rug. Called the store to let them know that the rug delivered was not my own, and the person on the phone assured me that they would try to find it, and called their delivery driver to pick up the incorrect rug. As of this writing, it's been two weeks, no rug. I have written to customer service with no response back. This is appalling and I will not be using Sheldon's until my rug is properly returned or I am compensated for the lost rug. If that means I never go there again, I guess it's their loss.

If I could give it half a star, I would. Apart from being expensive, the girl behind the counter was cold and unwelcoming, she even took her time peeling her orange while I waited, got snooty with me when I requested special attention on my shirt. After this trip, I’m never coming back.
