I am so impressed! Washers, dryers, laundry service, dry cleaning.  Wow.  It's clean, friendly, and makes you feel like you're in a coffee house while waiting.  You do need to purchase a laundry card with either cash, debit, or credit. They do have a soap dispenser if needed for$1.50, but you have to use the laundry card for it.  I've never seen anything like it.  I was afraid I was going to have to do vacation laundry some dinky place I didn't know.  Boy, am I pleasantly surprised that's not the case!

Staff were extremely helpful changing in quarters and with how much to out on my card.. the facility was inviting quiet and the machines worked great.. this is an awesome laundramant.. bathrooms, snacks, polite customers, Machines worked flawlessly and weren't too expensive.. Thankyou!!

My very first impression of Laundry Room at Sheldon was how big and quiet it was, staff punctual and the washer and dryers well maintenance.

BEWARE of Malfunctioning Equipment.
YOU will be blamed for their failing equipment.
One out of 8 dryers malfunctioned this week when I dried a bunch of blankets.
The dryers were all on LOW.
The malfunctioning dryer scorched 4 blankets 💯 (less than ten minutes into the 15 min. cycle) and crumpled and turned dryer sheets ORANGE.
There were 4 blankets total in the dryer (plenty of airflow).
The workers saw that the dryer temp was not regulating properly (the vent was properly cleaned by the gentleman at that moment).
I had a meltdown and called the office the following morning and received a message that the issue was ME, and that the machine was not broken and, “To have a great rest of my day.”
I followed up with an email stating that it was not “broken”, but certainly MALFUNCTIONED and I should be compensated and requested a meeting at the office.
Two of these are new and 2 are less than a year old and had been washed once.  They are so scorched that they cannot be donated to the shelter.
I am happy to meet with management to show them my like new blankets that are severely/completely ruined along with the dryer sheets that appear to be on the verge of causing a fire due to the malfunction of this dryer.
I don’t like drama, I don’t seek drama.
I don’t like people taking advantage of others either and I feel like Sheldon’s is doing just that in this case!

Shelton cleaners does a great job of managing my dry cleaning schedule, as well as doing a great job dry cleaning. Oh there’s nothing to drop off, I get a reminder text the night before in case I need them to show up for a pick up. Very happy with the service!

I needed a one time large batch of laundry done.  Sheldon Cleaners had easy set up, great service, picked an and delivered as peimised, and did an awesome job!  Highly recommend me them!!

Sheldon Cleaners is great! So convenient to have it picked up right at our door and have it returned to us just a few days later. I have dropped off bedspreads and other items at the Rockford location and they’ve done a great job on those as well. Highly recommend!

A washing machine was leaking and the attendant was more worried about smoking a cigarette than moping up the water that continued to leak for the whole cycle of the machine. Big safety hazard we asked if anyone was going to come mop and it up and she said someone will be coming as it still kept leaking for about 20mins.

After hearing the guy (the owner possibly) say he wants to kill/ready to kill "N" words (racial slur) and constantly say the "N" word (racial slur), I will not do business at that laundromat ever again. That's the last straw. I left from that laundromat with clothes still damp but I didn't care that I had 32 minutes left to dry my clothes, I was done. Racial slurs of any kind is definitely not cool and totally unacceptable.
