Adrienne had great customer service and I felt comfortable and welcome. The environment was cozy, aesthetic and very clean- taking me back to 1946 when the cleaner first opened. I feel confident when entrusting my garments and stand behind the recommendations I’ve received of ACME being the local cleaner of choice. I also appreciate the convenient location in the middle of town right off seaway.

Was quoted $18 by Jan during drop off for my lightweight jacket but then at pickup was charged $22 by the gentleman working and when I asked why he said they determined it to be a coat. Why wasn’t I, as the customer informed of this price change before pickup? Fast service I will say but your employees need to be better at communicating especially price changes. He said “you might get a credit”.

They quickly got the gravy outta my suit pants and white dress shirt. I also got my suit pressed and the the lines are crisp. Im looking minty.

I brought my 400 dollar purple jeans here and when I got them back it was full off messed up stitching and they tried telling me there where already like that but I took a picture of it before I brought the pants in no not recommend this place to anybody there very unprofessional they won’t replace clothes that they mess up

Always known locally to have the rudest staff.  This hasn’t changed.  I just dropped $35.00 to wash 3 loads of laundry, and this employee is verbally assaulting me, and will not stop.  My wash will be done 20 mins before close.  So if I’m out by 9pm what does it matter if I wash after 7:30.  He’s concerned with cleaning…. Well you should be doing. Your cleaning after your closed, not while there’s customers there.  The last owners sold out because people stopped coming.  Outdated machines, rude customer service, high prices, horrible rules…. Bad hours.  If you want everyone out by 7:30, then close by 7:30.  Here is how a successful business makes money:  1. Provide excellent customer service 2. Allow customers to use your service.   If you walk into a restaurant 30 mins before closing, you’re still allowed to eat at their restaurant.  The archaic methods “the clothes basket” uses will only put them out of business.  Businesses have to grow & evolve with the times in order to stay relevant.  Having rude or creepy staff that yell at your customers is not beneficial to growing the business.  I won’t be back.  If you ever wonder why all your machines are empty during open hours, well here’s your reason.

Very clean and good atmosphere. I like that there’s plants everywhere and that the floor and walls are tile and clean. Lots of tables and carts for folding laundry. It was busy when I went and there was still plenty of washer and dryers available. Got 3+ weeks worth of laundry done for $20. Not bad!

I am here for the first time. I like that there's designated parking up front for ease of carrying your baskets. There is a huge washer that took my five loads and also has plenty of room for the clothes to move around. I was able to choose temperature and add an extra rinse which was nice. For heavy soil and extra rinse it was $9.50. The cycle is 49 minutes. The dryers are on both walls and you only have to put in a quarter to begin the dry cycle. That's awesome because the other places in town insist you put in a whole dollar to begin the dry cycle and then if you have to just add a bit of time you have to use a whole dollar. The guy working was a super jerk. Very rude and wouldn't give me change. I had to leave my baskets and clothes and go to get my own change at a gas station. He also stood outside and smoked and refused to come in until he was done. Another customer was waiting for him too. Other than that fool, it was a nice place.
**Edit.....Went back so I could use that large washer. And saw this sign. Maybe that rude guy who works there paid for it???

Great staff!!! Saved money, time, laundry soap, and fabric softener.  It is only $2 a pound for your clothes to be washed and folded.  I spent way more than that. Doing my own laundry there and decided to have them do it and We were pleasantly surprised.  Super sweet staff. Very very helpful and we will definitely be back.  I highly recommend this to anyone one in the area or who is visiting from another area to just have them do your laundry.  You will not be disappointed.  I've never done this before and now I'm going to be back here all the time when we return back to Michigan.  Thank you everyone.
