While waiting for my new dryer to arrive, I got antsy and wanted to get some bedding washed. Never been to a laundry mat before so I did not know what to expect or what to do. The husband / wife were so kind to me! Helped me get my quarters, walked me through the big wash king and helped get it going. Once the wash was done the wife was so king and brought me a basket to transport to the dryers. A customer could tell I’d
never been before and walked over showed me how to work the dryers (turn nob after each quarter inserted then push button). EVERY person I encountered here was so kind and friendly! I will definitely recommend and come back as needed! Esp for those larger comforters and rugs! Amazing owners who truly made my experience incredible.

The place was decent not one of the cleanest or nicer laundromats I've been to however I got the job done and there just a 10-minute drive from my house and I've never had an issue with any of the machines or anyone there.

The young girl who works on the weekends is super friendly one out of her way to help me out and because of her I will always come back to this laundromat because I want is treated is more important then the atmosphere or Ambience of the establishment.

No one at the store or company cares about customers I have had a pair of pants cleaned three different times by these people because they cannot get them cleaned the first time they got them cleaned, but they put dirt marks back on my pants that were never even there the people at the store most of them are rude. You call the customer service. The person was rude to me. Told me they called and left messages which they did not told me that I put these marks on my pants even though I did not have possession of them, then they hung up the phone on me! You can’t talk to an owner or manager to get help! It’s been almost a month this business has had my pants cleaning them! They never offered a refund or an apology nothing I’ve just been treated like garbage. I will never go back to this business and I suggest no one use them. They need to be put out of business.

Absolutely irritated right now.  I called this location earlier today and asked what time I needed to drop stuff off and when it would be back.  The female told me it didn’t matter what time I drop stuff off, it’s a 2 day turn around.  I arrive at 5:45pm and I’m told it will be 3 days before my stuff is back because they pretty much close down for the day by 5:45pm, even though their posted closing time is 6pm.  I told her I had called and was told it didn’t matter what time I dropped stuff off, it’d be a 2 day turn around.  She said sorry and then repeated that they close stuff down by 5:45pm.  Had I been given ACCURATE information, I would have made sure I dropped my stuff off sooner.  I asked for a manager’s name/ph# and was told they don’t give that info out, that it’s pretty much just clerks that work there.  I was given a generic customer service # though.  It seems like this is the place to work if you want to be a manager and not actually work!    The best part is that the customer is at the whim of this business.  You can be given inaccurate info and then just get a hollow “sorry” and that’s supposed to make everything alright.  The female working promptly closed at 6 and was gone within 5 mins.  Employee satisfaction seems more important than customer satisfaction.  This may be a corporate issue within Sheldon Cleaners.  In any case, be aware that the “rules” change on the fly and customer satisfaction doesn’t seem like a concern for Sheldon Cleaners!

Just had 2 comforters washed here. Spent $70 and waited a couple days only to get them home and see they are not very clean and now smell bad. I will unfortunately now have to take them somewhere else to be washed. Wish I hadn’t tried to save time by spending $70 for them to “clean” them.

I had a giant business conference in Grand Rapids and needed all of my cloths pressed and cleaned. They told me the job would take a few days to complete  but they would shoot for Wednesday night. Not only did they finish early. But my cloths were on point. Thank again.

At the Rockford location, they are polite, courtesy always, and professional Staff. I also love the free pick up and delivery.
