I can't remember the woman's name, I think she may be the owner. She always friendly and quick as far as the turn around time. I usually go there to get my dress or pants hemmed. I'm always satisfied 🙃

The man that works there is very nice &  did an excellent job Cleaning my boots but a couple days later I noticed them The Bottom of my boots  coming apart, so I had to take them to another place (location) to get them repaired and end up spending more money.  I don’t recommend this place for shoe or boot cleaning service.

Was supposed to pick up yesterday but I've lived in Florida the last 30 years
And I'm not driving in this weather.

So, I called.  The person remembered me and my daughter's cloak.   That my dog peed on!!!

This place cares about your item and getting it right!
Remembered who I was after a week.  I'm not in a hurry.   Glad they care about my teenagers garment as much as I care about my child.

I came to drop off my clothes at 9:56 AM and they were closed even though their sign says open and their time table says they are open at 7 AM. A nearby business confirmed they are never open that early 👎🏻

I really wish I could give 10 stars. Listen..Chris has restored my faith in people and business. Early this morning I was frantically searching for dry cleaning services  and called the store to see if I was too late for same day service. No one answered and I hung up without leaving a voicemail. After failing to locate another option I gave up disappointed.  A short time later Chris called, apologized for missing my call and asked how can he help. Did u hear me say I did not leave a voicemail?!?  I was shocked. Needless to say Chris came through and Im all set for the event on Monday. He was kind, empathic, professional and my clothes look great. This is my cleaners for life!

The owner is so nice and kind. I’ve gone here two times for a blazer and a winter jacket. Both were done on time/way earlier than expected! The price is very affordable and I could see that he really does care about his customers. I’m glad I picked this place over other places.

If you have any stains please stay away from this dry cleaner. Not only were they condescending and unwilling to explain the process, the gentleman was aggressive and told me he was losing business while working on my sweater and recommended I take it elsewhere. He told me he could do 6 items for the time it took him to work on my sweater and thats when he told me to take it elsewhere. I told the gentlemen that I was willing to pay more but he was unwilling to help. Please save your money and your time. Go elsewhere right away.  I had recently also brought in a few of my husbands shirts for dry cleaning to have the collars cleaned and I noticed they did not look any different when I got them back but I didn’t say anything. I understand things happen and sometimes items take time to fix, but this was just unacceptable.

I've been a customer for years.  I was unhappy with the prices of some of the local cleaners and I discovered many of my neighbors are loyal customers of this location.  They do a great job, and are the cheapest around. Very Happy!

I don’t usually give reviews to businesses but this one really hurt me. I’ve been dropping my clothes at this place for years and this day I went to pick up my blazer( white coat), wasn’t happy with the service. I politely told the guy at the front that I was not happy with the service. This was his exact response “ if you are not happy with the service go somewhere else. I have lots of customers and I don’t care.” It’s not about me going someplace else which I’m definitely going to do as he suggested to me, it’s the unprofessionalism and condescending manner he spoke to me. If you really don’t care about how you speak and treat customers, you should not be running a business. Today is me, and you may think “ oh it’s just one person.” Overtime, the number of customers you treat in this manner will raise attention to your business.

Very bad experience here. I took two shirts to the location and both came back dirtier than I brought them. The gentleman offered me to a redo on both shirts, however I needed one for the next day, so I only left him one to reclean over the weekend.

When I showed up, the gentleman told me the stain wouldn't come out and offered me know other help. The stain was not there when initially took both shirts. I paid in full and will never use this establishment again.

I would suggest not using this location. They also close directly at 5 PM which is quite the inconvenience.

Ladies and gentlemen, please do not ever patronize A-1 Cleaners on 12 Mile and Telegraph in Southfield.

I went to go pick up two suits and a dress. The two suits were ready and I noticed that my dress wasn’t there. The owner said he didn’t have it. He started to raise his voice. I politely asked him if he would go look for it. He refused then attempted to snatch my two suits, while yelling and berating me. He grabbed MY suits and began walking to the back of the store. I said, “Sir, I need to pay for my suits.” He said, “You go somewhere else and continued to yell. I politely asked him to bring MY suits forward, paid for them, and asked him to look for my dress. He wasn’t going to give me my receipt. I told him that I required my receipt. He continued to speak in an harassing tone. As a woman, I did not feel safe, so I decided to leave.

I have never been treated this poorly by a business in my life.
This attendant/owner is usually polite. I don’t know if he had a bad day or what, but he was yelling as I calmly spoke to him.

I will never give them my business again. I encourage you not to either. I’d hate for you to receive the same reprehensible treatment.

The owner of this dry cleaning establishment likes to play shifty with his hours of business. If your sign says that you close at 7:00pm, then my expectation is that you are open till 7:00pm. Not closed with the doors locked and the lights off when I arrive at 6:15pm to pickup my dry cleaning. This has happened on more than one occasion. I don’t have a problem with you closing early, but if you are doing this on a consistent basis, then change the hours on your store signage to reflect your new hours of operation.

Great local place to get clothes dry cleaned. They have their own cleaning machines instead of sending out clothes to another store to get cleaned (some stores do that). There same-day service available though for a small charge. You can get blouses and pants done for $4.60. Maybe $6.50 for blazers. Quick service, nice people, good work.
