Terrible manager and owner!   They are very careless and irresponsible with your valuable clothes.  They treat your valuable clothes like $1.99!  They will machine-wash your clothes even though you specifically asked for dry-clean.

The owner claimed they have 40 years of experiences.  What is 40 years of experiences has to do with his/her employee screwed up your clothes?  Worst yet, manager blamed the “screwed up” on manufacturer of the product.  Hahahaha!  There is no issue with the first two dry-cleans on the sweater!  The third they screwed it and became manufacturer’s issue.

Anyway, do NOT bring your expensive clothes there for dry-clean service because it will come back 2 times bigger!!!

I took them a wedding dress that belonged to my late daughter-in-law.   She was married 8 years ago and never had her dressed cleaned.  It was covered in dirt and mud.  They were able clean it and removed all stains.  Would highly recommend.

I used to work at a mass dry cleaning operation for a year so my standards of quality are high. These people did a great job (great service by the way) with my dress shirts and slacks, got some stains out and pressed them nicely. I dropped them off Saturday and picked up on the following Tuesday. It’s hard to find a good dry cleaners around here so I will definitely be back.

Yikes, this place sucks! Sent in a suit with a small coffee stain. Got it back, stain still there. It's like they never even cleaned it. Brought it back, they refused to refund the cost. Will not ever go back here!

Went to this area today to go to the phone repair shop directly to the right of this place.  Entire parking lot (literally, drove around first looking) was full except for the two spots directly in front of this store (with signs).  So I parked there knowing I would be only 2 minutes max (which it was that short) and since another spot there was open.  I get businesses are protective of their parking, but yelling and swearing at me through their door is quite unprofessional.  You simply could have spoken to me like a mature adult.

Went to put on my freshly pressed shirt on for a wedding today and found out they ironed/pressed the button right off the dress shirt leaving a hole. Very Disappointed because whoever did it obviously knew that had happened, but nothing was said to me at pick up.

Went in around 9am on a Tuesday to have a suit dry cleaned. Explained we needed it no later than Thursday for an event we're traveling for. Lady working advised that it would take until at least 5pm Thursday, if not Friday. Appreciated the transparency as we needed the suit for the event and left.
Husband called later that day, not realizing this is where I'd visited, to inquire. Was told he would have it back by 5pm next day if dropped off by 8am the next morning by the man he spoke with.
We took our business elsewhere due to the inconsistent communication. Their loss!

They need a better person at the front.  She asked my name twice.  And after I told her what I was dropping off, she proceeded to ask me again and then count it.  I feel like she could have counted it instead of asking me what I already had told her.
This drop off took entirely too long.

This place is a simple laundromat with everything u need to get your clothes washed and it’s nice since i’m never bothered by anyone except the first time i went there. the asian lady who i assume is mona, treated me and my aunt like we were immigrants who didn’t understand the concept of money or how to work a laundry machine. we pleaded many times that we knew how to work it and she still pushed and helped us even though we made it clear that we didn’t need any help. besides that, it’s a typical laundromst

The manager said the washing process was 30 minutes, and I ended up paying $4, but the machine washed for 20 minutes. I asked to explain myself, he began to scream. Don't go here and don't waste your money. Here Here they are deceived and not friendly

I agree with most of these customers who have had sucky experience at this Laundromat. Tri the Chinese guy there one of the owners, told me to put a maximum of 3 quarters in a dryer because I was wasting my money. Yes and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in years, disgusting bathroom, washers always needed to be cleaned, vending machines never worked right, etc. Also Tri one of the owners told me to come inside when it was cold outside waiting for my Mom to come pick me up. I almost told him no I don't want to.

So I highly advise customers to never go to this Laundromat!!!!!!!!  EVER!!!!!!!!!

I go every weekend to dry my clothes. I have always been treated nice and have never had a issue with the owner, employees or the customers. There are times when I have to go elsewhere, but that is because the laundromat is full. I find the staff helpful and always there for it's customers. Remember, this is a business where kids should not be running around jumping and playing on the tables and getting in the way. Plenty of signs to let you know the rules and warnings.

After today I would never go back here! We used two washing machines directly next to each other. Set the same cycles, set a timer. Came back after 35 mins one machine was done And the other machine Mona had emptied and was standing in front of and stated she moved our clothes because someone needed the washer. I thought how rude and kept my thoughts to myself. As I push my clothes away from the washer I counted 20 other washing machines that were not being used. Why was she touching my clothes ? The washer was not needing to be used. I’m left feeling very confused and annoyed. Generally people don’t touch your clothes at the laundry mat unless you’re paying them to wash them for you. I won’t be returning, it left a very bad taste in my mouth!
