Our carpets were sooooo filthy! Lots of piddle spots by our small Yorkie from when we first brought her home and didn't realize the number she was doing all over our house. Spot cleaning and our Kirby couldn't take care of it so I found Northwest Carpet Cleaners online and specifically went with them because of their excellent reviews. They 100% delivered and my carpets look wonderful and clean again. We will be coming back to finish the basement! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Mike was fantastic!

I compared prices with a few other local carpet cleaners despite having used Northwest twice and Northwest remains a tad below their local competitors in price. We were able to easily schedule the cleaning on a date that worked for us. NWCC  kept us updated by text and email.  A day before they arrive they will ask you to have high traffic areas vacuumed, fragile and breakable items removed from furniture to be moved and to remove any smaller items such as end tables and lamps.  If you do have any problems physically with moving any furniture-they will take care of that.  Personally, I like to move all our furniture off the carpet prior to a carpet cleaner coming as it makes it more efficient and I can better spot the areas that need it. I was alerted by text when Mike was on his way.  I reviewed the areas that needed more attention and Mike was able to get the job done in about 1.5 hours.  He cleaned 3 rooms, 19 stairs and 2 hallways. See before and after photos of our living room-a high traffic area.  Mike did a great job!

It was an "ok" experience with my very old Heriz rug. I usually research things, and thought I'd asked the right questions. The price for cleaning was too reasonable, and I should've realized it. There's also no address on their website.
I picked up my rug today, and unwrapped it. It looks "OK." Theres still a great deal of dust coming off of the rug, just from lifting it out of the brown paper; and more dog hair left on it than I expected.  I'm questioning the method used to proccess the rug.
Also, way too many texts and phone calls about dropping off and picking up.
I think that Northwest Carpet Cleaners doesn't have the expertise for such old, knotted wool rugs. And, yes- I did tell them exactly the type of rug it is.

Definitely needs an upgrade machines look clean on the outside but not inside, lots of machines out if order. Video game been out of order for a long period of time,  what's the point of having a soda machine thats out of order and can't be fixed just remove it.

First time going here just moved in the area. Alittle disappointed.  Should've bigger  washers , I had about 13 pairs of Jean's had to use two washers that came up to 8.00 then use the dryer which cost me another 6.00 and my clothes still wasnt dry with (2) dryers. And the place wasnt clean.

To me a laundromat is always a little gross but this one is well attended to and customers seem respectful. Location is great. Never had a problem with the annual washing of our king sized comforters fitting in the jumbo washers (there are 2 of the biggest size).  It's bright inside, and lots of windows.

Tried to come here twice. First time ever coming more than half of the washers were completely broken, so what’s the point? Especially when every single one of them is already being used. Second time we were able to get some good size washers and went over to get some coins and the coin machine is out of service. what’s the point of having a coin if you can’t have coins? Or working washers?

I was there today doing laundry for my moms business, and one of the machines ate my quarters and didn't work, one of the big machines. I've been here before but this is the first time I've experienced this issue. However, I couldn't find a number to call, and just lost 18quarters. Overall the prices are fair and its, mostly clean. I wouldn't use the restroom there though.
