I go here every week to do laundry never have any issues usually do 2 big loads if the machine has issues they have always taken care of it

Very friendly staff. They have always been able to get me in for an appointment whenever i call. Very clean. I was able to buy minutes with iut them, expiring, which is amazing since i dont always go tanning. I can just go before a trip or a fun weekend outside so i dont burn.

Very nice laundromat with associated tanning center.  The many machines appear very new and include various sizes for every need.  The lady running the tanning center is available for any questions/issues that may arise.

I did laundry here and it cost me 30 dollars to wash two loads of laundry and dry two loads of laundry. I left and came back to take care of my pets and when I returned from my home my feather comforter was dry but my clothes were still wet. I ran the dryer again, there were a few hoodies in the dryer so wasn’t too surprised. I came back a half hour later and my clothes were still soaked. I told one of the attendants. She emptied the lint trap. I left with wet clothes. No refund was issued. If I’m spending 30 dollars to do laundry I’d like to leave with dry clothes. It’s 7am the next morning and my clothes are still wet, I started my laundry yesterday at 5pm.

WILL NEVER GO TO TOPP'S CLEANERS AGAIN!!
First of all, the service desk throws your clothing into a large canvas bag with no respect to the items. I paid around $3500 for my dresses and suit!
Brought in three prom dresses, two bridesmaids dresses and one man's suit.
Upon picking up my items I thought everything was there because there were six hangers.
Brought them home and received a call from Topps stating that they still had a prom dress that they failed to return.?!
I was asked to bring back all of my dry cleaning so they could check that I had the correct amount and items.
I did so with skepticism. Why am I going out of my way to fix their problem?
Received a call the next day and was told I could pick them up after 2:00. Everything was there.
I did not get upset and people make mistakes.
I got them home, removed the bags to check my items.
There are still stains on the dresses! Bottoms are terrible and the dresses don't even look touched.
There was one dress they were unable to clean and that was thrown in a Coborns's grocery bag.
If they were unable to clean my other dresses please let me know! I would have had no problem taking them back.
Now I am thoroughly disgusted and upset that I even took them in and paid for them to be cleaned.
In the future I will be taking all of my dry cleaning to Hourglass cleaners.
