He was extremely professional and caring about what he could or could not do and we were completely surprised by the outcome. Absolutely fantastic service! They do such a great job. I brought in a pair of white pants with a coffee stain on them, usually not a problem but I had tried to get the stain out myself with water because I still had a whole day of wearing them with a huge coffee stain down the front of the left leg. They got it out, no problem, as well as the red dye transfer from my shoes too - amazing! Usually, it's about a week to get things back but of course you can pay for expedited service if required. They're a small business and it's best to pay in cash if possible. Great local business, highly recommend!!

I was nervous dropping off my wedding dress as it is a timeless piece a bride will treasure and potentially pass down one day.  When I went to pick up my dress the original dust and dirt was removed and I was so thrilled but oddly, a different mark was on the dress that wasn't there at drop off.  The manager was kind and professional, redid the process and got the marks out.  The only trouble we had was on pick up again as the dress had been checked out of their system the first time we went to pick up, therefore trying to pick up after the redo they told us the dress was not there.  After some assistance from other staff they located it, safe and sound.  It is beautifully pressed and well cleaned.  Thank you ever so much!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! This place is trash. The service is horrible, and so are the people. I've recently moved to the area and started using them. The dry cleaning product they use smells like toilet bowl cleaner. Used them a few times and kept laundering shirts - stopped dry cleaning.

On the last occasion, I dropped 5x shirts to be laundered, and they all came back with a sort of a cut on the collar that certainly happened during the process in one of their machines/equipment.

I left the shirts for management to assess the damage, and after a few days, I was offered $20 credit for the damage. One of the employees told me those cuts were minor and the shirts "could still be used, and the damage was probably there before, but I never noticed."

Those are all pretty new designer shirts, so it was ridiculous to have to hear that. Of course, the shirts can still be used, but those cuts will just get worse over time.

I said their proposal was unacceptable and for a few days they went radio silent. When I called back, they offered a store credit of $125 ($25 per shirt) - which is not even the replacement cost for one shirt.

$125 store credit for them to damage more shirts? Of course I didn't accept and ended up just collecting the damaged shirts and will decide about pursuing this in a different manner.

S. happens, and this is totally fine. The problem is management being ridiculous and not willing to fix their own mess.

This place is truly trash, stay away. I brought four full suits to Hour Glass Dry Cleaners and only received the jackets. When I went back to ask about the missing pants, they insisted I had picked up everything, a complete lie. They lost the pants to all four suits and took zero responsibility. Came in to preshrink material for quilting. Laundromat was convenient location, clean and well lit.  Staff member was cleaning when I arrived and answered my questions on the washing machine. She was very helpful and polite. I was there around 3 hours waiting on my wash to be done.  Really appreciated the big folding tables for folding all the material I had (32 yards).  The washer and dryer I used worked perfectly and the cost was reasonable. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Walking in I was very impressed how clean amd tidy it was. Machines well kept, bathroom really clean. The cleaners here do an amazing job and I will definitely return as needed.

I had some larger blankets and throws to wash for the summer and didn't want to use my new Maytag Washer and Dryer at home and since the Sartell Laundromat near my house was closed for repairs, I thought I would give this place a try. What a nice surprise to walk in the door and be greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful owner who showed me how his machines work and actually recommended a smaller washer for me to save money when I was ready to go with a larger one! He really cares about his customers as while I was there he helped others as well!

There are soda machines for your convenience and a roomy bathroom as well as modern folding tables and laundry carts and many chairs to sit down in.
The machines are all new and every one is in working order. The owner is very big on making repairs immediately!
The machines take credit cards or coin and also the owner has a frequent customer loyalty card you can purchase!
I may never go back to the Sartell one now! It doesn't look like it will be fixed anytime soon and I love this little place off of 3rd Street and right next to my favorite Appliance Repair Center!

Came in to get my quarters for the laundry week so my roommates and I could do laundry. We love the big washers for washing bedding but the janitor lady was very rude and started yelling and swearing at us because it was close to closing. Clearly the money we spend every week in laundry isn't important to Royal Wash House so we will take our business elsewhere. Good luck with cleaning lady Karen it's a bad look for you. UPDATE: I emailed the address you provided multiple times and never heard anything back which is disappointing 😕
