Had a machine eat my money, then had the machine to buy dryer sheets eat my money. Everything in the machine was empty. Came back 2 weeks later and another machine ate my money and then the dryer sheet machine ate my money again because everything was empty! Very irritating. Fix your machines and have your staff check the dryer sheet machine. So I texted the number that I got the door code from and all he said was “comment on line”. Rude as hell.

Nice and clean, lots of heavy duty machines with different prices and load sizes, free parking, friendly staff, takes credit cards, distanced seating available (even during Covid), food and drink allowed. Felt very safe (as a small young female I’m always wary of laundromats in downtown areas).

Only downside: prices are a little on the high side ($2.50-$11.50 per load washers, $.25-$1 per minute dryers). The door says they take Apple Pay but I didn’t see any machines that did.

Coffee shop next door is convenient but they are only doing drive through (in my case, “walk through”) currently. Tons of smoothie choices and standard coffee choices, standard pricing.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience at this establishment, which has been deteriorating. I was there this past Sunday 12/14/25 and ran a cycle in the number 18 washer. When the cycle finished, my clothes were still dry and dirty. My husband called them to informed them of the issue, but we have not received a response. I called them again tonight and hope they will refund my money.

They have the most reasonable prices in town for full service laundry too, it saves me so much time. I drop it off and can pick it up when it's done, I'm not drowning in the constant wave of laundry anymore.

I appreciate the convince of many usable washer and dryers and friendly people. Any issues for any reason that I have came across has been kindly addressed I am grateful.

Little neighborhood laundromat. Has everything you need. One vending machine for drinks & one vending snacks and laundry essentials.  It's  clean & the people who go here are friendly. There isn't an on duty attendant, but there are several security cameras & and it's busy enough to not worry about your person or your clothes. There is food & shopping close enough to entertain you while you wait.  $2.00 per load in either single or double load washers. There is one triple load washer and one quadruple load washer (can not attest to cost)and $0.25 for approx 5 minutes in the huge industrial size dryers.  I have used both single and double load washers, and both clean the clothes well. The dryers work equally as well.

My go to laundromat. Good prices and well maintained.

Avoid weekends as it will be very  packed and have a bunch of very loud kiddos.

The cushioned seats are very stained and dirty, so avoid them.

Owners are very nice.

My first time here seemed reasonably cheap to wash two big loads of clothes in one big washer and one little washer which ended up four loads of clothes in the dryers because they had plenty of dryers... Big place pretty clean... Good place to do 4 weeks of laundry all at one time.

Haven't gone to a laundry in 30 years. I have to say, it was pretty clean, fair priced and I met 2 nice ladies to visit well.
Was surprisingly enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.😇

If you dont calculate the exact amount your going to spend when using the machines, (which is difficult to judge because sometimes the dryers dont try completely based upon load size and density of clothing), you're stuck with money left on the card and if that money is below the amount it cost to run a machine, it wont work. Tried to load more money on the card but couldnt, so i had to buy a new card. Now i ha e two cards with money on them, but not enough to even use. Its kind of a rip off

Here buy our cards then they don't work. Texting is the only communication with this company. I went to use my card and it wouldn't let me so I had to buy a card. Surprise won't let me get soap and the thing on the line asked if I started the washer. If one don't work why would I try anything else. I asked for my money back and the thing is trying to get me to put the card in a washer. They got $15.00 from me with this scam. If you want to get robbed modern style visit this dump.

Usually love this place. Usually clean and the dryers and washers do well. Tried to use the restroom today in an emergency and the bathroom floor, wall, toilet, sink, and garbage can were (are) covered in human feces. The trashcan had adult depends in it filled with feces.
Would recommend to have something to put diapers into that can mask the horrendous smell.

(Not the owners fault, just a lack of general common courtesy. This laundromat is the best one in town and is usually really clean. I cleaned what I could up so that no one would get hurt, there's a lot of kids here sometimes)

They ruined 3 of my 501 Levi's when I got them it looked like they put them in a washer machine and iron them out. They had wrinkle marks indented in to the fabric and still wrinkles all over them. I was expecting my jeans to look brand new that was the purpose of dry cleaners and now I have to buy all new Jean's. I wouldn't recommend this business or service to anyone. They should pay for my jeans as well not just a refund 501 Original Levi's cost about $55 a pair.

Best jalapeno poppers in the city.  Period. I'd add a photo but, I ate them all.

I have been using this cleaners for 7 years and have had problems with damage to my clothes. every time I brought it to there attention they blow me off and when I press the issue they blame the clothes. I have spent aprox 3k a year here and kept going back due to the central location for me. Shame on me!! I have bought the same slacks for the last 15 years and never had them burned up like this place has done. Worse part is the just act like its normal. I guess by being normal is they burn through your slacks and put a nice sheen on them. (but only the left side the right is perfect) and they say its the material!! 100% wool slacks at $160 a pair!! not cheap clothes! I am done with Williams and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place!

They do a great job on my husband's suits!!

Service was great, got my shirts as promised. They looked great.
