I can’t keep coming here if my stuff isn’t ready. You cannot tell customers one thing and then shift the time/date TWICE! No prior communication to save us from the drive. Over $100. I expect better, and you should too. Infuriating

So bad. Horrible. Avoid at all cost. I feel defrauded.

My clothes was oversized, I tried and she pinned and sent to a tailor (note: they don’t tailor onsite so the person doing your clothes won’t be able to see you try it). They added two lines on the sides without asking and now the dress doesn’t fit. Each place they modified is ridiculous.

Also they are horrible at timing. Said it would be ready in a week. Called a day before to confirm and they said I could come in. When I went, it was not ready and no apologies at all. They say they’d call when it’s actually ready. Another week went by and nothing at all. I called again and apparently it’s been ready for a while. And when I picked up, boom, a ruined dress. What a mess.

Fast, affordable, and reliable!!! I only use this dry cleaners, I’m able to pick my clothes up the same day and if not they are ready the very next day. Always friendly service. I’ve even gotten suits tailored here.

I absolutely love this dry cleaner! The owners are incredibly sweet and always remember me and my mom whenever we come in. They go above and beyond with their service, and our clothes always come out looking perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and quality care!

Machines Haven't been repaired in 2 months. I've washed my blanket 2 months ago. Today, i come back and the same washing machine hasn't been repaired. Now even more machines have been out of service and 2 dryers. The machine on the way left on the 3rd picture hasn't been repaired in like 2 months. We've been payong for our laundry with really expensive prices, and the maintenance service here is unacceptable. The place also needs a lot of cleaning. "Dusting wise"!

Used to be clean but for the past two months there’s no employees there and it’s filthy. I went on a Monday afternoon and the place was filthy. Never going back.

If i could give it -1000 stars I would. Do not come here. I’ve came here for years & I guess it’s under new ownership bc as of recent the place is filthy thongs balled up on the floor, dust, & dirt in every corner, wrappers everywhere, empty bottles and detergent all over washers. Disgusting. Took my money for 3 washing machines! & 1 dryer!!! Vending machines take your money too! Literally should just be shut down.

Never expected such a great experience at a laundromat. It was my first time goung here and the rep was super helpful. I got my dog’s bed and blanket washed through their wash and dry pick up service. They did an amazing job and packed it up and even added little toys for my dog! :)

These pictures pretty much sum up any experience you will have here. The angry Spanish lady, who talks back if you have any concern, watches her trashy BRAVO shows on the loudest volume while the machines around her breakdown mid-dry, but who cares when she's got people on her phone that demand her constant attention. This establishment may have gotten a nice paint job when it switched owners, but there is absolutely no professionalism to be found in this place. We miss the old ownership.
