I have been using Plush since they opened at the beginning of the pandemic.  They were a godsend then because there was no way I was going to go to a laundromat.  They have been providing me with weekly laundry service and dry cleaning when needed.  They pick up everything, follow my washing instructions (I usually have a fair amount of items that need to be line dried) and everything comes back perfectly folded or on hangers.  Plush saves me so much time and their prices are reasonable.  I highly recommend using them for all of your laundry needs!

Customer of several years. This time, extremely disappointed with irreversible damages of brand new, never-worn, clothes worth approximately $2,140 for their very first cleaning.

Unfortunately, the garments were returned with irreversible damages including stretches, ironing marks, stains, poor ironing, and other issues. They are unacceptable.

Has the management changed? Unbelievable.

We came in to alter traditional dresses that were complicated for a wedding the next day but didn't expect much. We were pleasantly surprised by the angel Sandra that altered our dresses so that we could fit into them. Great service. I highly recommend.

Great customer service here. We had a rush alterations request for bridesmaids dresses and they were extremely polite and accommodating. We were completely hopeless walking in, but Sandra turned it around 100%. Very satisfied!!

I can finally post this since the big day has come and gone! About 8 months ago I brought in my mother’s wedding dress to have altered to fit me for my rehearsal dinner. It wasn’t an easy fit, as I am larger than my mom was. The seamstress and manager worked with me to perfect every detail and make sure I was comfortable in the final product. They worked with my timeline and always knew the next step. I am grateful for them being able to do this, listening to my little details, and making a dream come true! I would trust them with any alteration I need in the future! Thank you so much!

This past Saturday the morning of my daughters bat mitzvah. We had a huge dress emergency where we did not get it altered in time and I called and right away, Morristown cleaners  said come in and worked on it all day for me and saved the  day. Highly highly recommend for all dry cleaning and alter needs!!

Do not use the tailoring service! I stopped by one day and asked how much shortening of a suit jacket costs. He told me 35 dollars. I took the jacket to him and then he told me 45 and accused me of not remembering.
He assured me that he does a good job and  since it was for my brother's wedding i disnt care about the extra charge. 3 days before the wedding I go pick up the jacket and he gave me the sleeve in the picture. Which had four floating buttons that were not even aligned with three hole markers. See picture. And he said it's the jackets fault because his machine can not do that kind of button hole. Then argued that I don't know what I am talking about and the sleeve in the picture is the best way that anyone could tailor it. He did not even bother to call to let me know that this would be the result or tell me upfront. I had no choice but to have them fix it quick which then resulted in a badly tailored and shorter jacket sleeve. I would not want this to happen to anyone for their important life events. They took no accountability and charged me the full amount after ruining an expensive suit jacket.

I have had tailoring and cleaning done here many times and it’s always been perfect!

Reviews are wrong! I’d heard good things about these cleaners and brought a comforter in to be cleaned. When I came to collect the comforter, I was given someone else’s comforter and had to bring it back to get my own. Once I got it home, I realized that it had never been cleaned so I had to bring it back again to have it cleaned. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned well enough, but there were still spots that I had hoped would have been cleaned out, and I would’ve expected it to have looked nicer and not be as wrinkled as it was. I called and spoke with them about getting a credit for the poor service and the multiple times I had to come back and was told that no, they cleaned the comforter four times And would not give me my money back. I will never go there again!

This place started off good but they don't listen I asked them to dry clean my company uniforms and againt my wishes they decided to wash and iron my uniforms and fadded my shirts so bad I have to buy new ones when I complained about the faded color of my shirts I was told it's cheaper for me to wash them instead of dry cleaning as if I was worried about the cost then they supposed to dry clean my pants but they come back with the same stains as if they wasn't washed I had to pay 325$ for new uniforms im done with this place
