I would not trust these folks with anything nice. The level of incompetence is sort of astounding. I brought in a very simple two-piece suit that was missing a single button on the sleeve and asked them to replace the button when I came back the first time they had removed three additional buttons so there were just two buttons on each sleeve as if they did not understand what a suit looks like. I asked them to please put the buttons back and add one button so that it looks like a normal suit. They told me it would be ready by Thursday. I came back on Saturday. It was not ready. they told me to come back later in the day so I did when I came back I checked, and all four buttons were on each side, although some of the buttons did not quite match the original buttons so apparently they had thrown away buttons for no reason. And then when I looked more closely, I noticed that the sleeves don’t match anymore, and there is a different amount of spacing between the bottom button and the end of the sleeve, so I now have to take it back for a third time and pray to God that these people can actually fix what they broke.  Who is excited to go to an important meeting today with mismatched sleeves? Not this guy.

I’m leaving this review nearly 4 years after our last experience with this business - but it was so significant that I feel a duty to warn folks entrusting these folks with your personal belongings.

On not just one but TWO separate occasions, these cleaners mysteriously “disappeared” 2 of my husband’s designer items including: 1 button up shirt and 1 very large bright blue duffle bag we sent in for delicate cleaning.

We reported these items lost to the cleaners and requested follow ups to no avail. We requested the matter be escalated to management as it became increasingly clear these items were stolen by staff. On each occasion, management was “unreachable” or would “get back to us” which of course never happened. We never got so much as an apology for the loss of these items, both of which were of great emotional value to us.

I would never trust this cleaners with any of our things again and would urge anyone considering doing so to think twice.

Not sure who they outsource to, but your items are NEVER ready by the date on the ticket they give you. Generally takes over 3 weeks to get your item back, and that's only after repeated calls and visits asking where your item is.

Everything is great! I like the automatic pickup but didn’t use it in this visit. There is a road closure that makes it difficult for me to get here…I can’t wait til that road opens back up again. Feels like forever.

These are the best dry cleaners in the area and the tailoring is fantastic. I only come here for my dresses and husband’s suits, etc. They recently basically remade a strapless dress for me that looked fantastic. The best!

I've come across numerous reviews highlighting the decline in quality and the utter disregard for customer concerns at this place. My personal experience was no different—they not only ruined a brand new onesie on its first use and dry clean but also refused to acknowledge their mistake. The owners offered no solution, and the behavior of the female proprietors was appalling, resorting to irrational yelling and rudeness. I strongly advise stay away of this place to avoid disappointment and frustration. Really poor quality work

Finally found a dry cleaner I love! The repairs are excellent - I had had a sweater heavily repaired and elbows of a woven sports jacket masterfully fixed. They also picked and delivered up my large antique rug when I had it cleaned - it’s gorgeous now!

My daughter needed a dress altered so we brought it to Spring Cleaners. It was beautifully altered--fit her figure well and she looked stunning. Please think about Spring Cleaners if you want your clothes to fit and look amazing on you!

One of the worst experiences I ever had. They permanently damaged my shirt (big white stain on the front) and started lying about how they didn't. Once I took the item they damaged to another local cleaner I was told that they did indeed damage it by using bad solutions to clean it. I went back and the owner refused to help. During the convo he asked me to show him a website link of how much the item costed. Once I showed it to him he then said he wouldn't to anything again and told me the best he can do is $50 store credit. I told him I did not want store credit to a place that ruinied my clothes and he told me that was the best he can do. My shirt cost me $150. I only got to wear it twice. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
