The stitching on the strap of my motorcycle glove started to tear (see pic).  I wanted to see if I could salvage these instead of buying new gloves, so I reached out to Sun Ray Garment Care. The front desk was polite and clear. He mentioned sometimes it's hard to work on gloves, depending on the type of damage, because there is limited space. I came in person so they can do their evaluation, and they said they could fix my glove. I told them that I don't need my glove fixed any time soon and they could put my glove as a low priority. They fixed my glove less than a week and I am satisfied with the results (see pic).

I guess the guy who was working at the store 75 years ago was more polite. It is not the first instance when the front desk gets into the altercations with his customers. Try calling him on the phone I bet you would never find out a straight answer about the price and in the end of the day he would hit you with a $100.00 bill. Not only. I asked him to get the rubber soles and heels for my $400.00 semi-boots and in response I got this - see the picture below. He drilled my designers boot soles through with his stupid screws, and he handed it to me in a stapled bag. I trusted him again (we had issues before with my leather jacket) and I paid with my debit card. What a disappointment after almost three weeks of waiting (two that I signed up for and another one when I actually had to call up the store to see what’s going on), after I opened the stupid bag. I asked about the price he mentioned $30.00 on the expenses and 2 weeks of work, if the shop would do the job they have promised. Instead I received this. That took them two weeks of my time and $30.00 of my money to accomplish. I honestly thought they are charging me $30.00 per each shoe, and I expected that the soles and the heels would be fixed. Instead I got this - stay away unless you have plenty of money to maintain friendship like so. What a joke! I can easily remove those with my finger nails too. The last photo represents the work I have requested.

I cannot express how impressed I was with Sun Ray. I was greeted with politeness and a smile, much like I had been a regular client and not a first time walk in. They managed to remove stains from my blazer and had it done for me faster than estimated. This was a wonderful experience and they truly embody a level of customer service that is becoming rare. This was my very 1st time ever taking a were item of clothing to the tailor. After doing some searching I chose Sun Dry Cleaners due to their great reviews. When I arrived, I explained to  staff I needed the dress for a wedding on 9/19 & was leaving town that morning. They assured me  job would be completed the day before on 9/18 by 5PM & I’d get a text for pick up. On 9/18 I received no correspondence at all & when I arrived at the cleaners I was informed my dress was not even on the premises. I was told there was a “miscommunication” on the date my dress needed to be completed … despite me providing details of my plans. This was a major inconvenience to my plans  & a  disappointment. They didn‘t even offer a refund for not delivering on the date promised. I’ll probably never use a tailor again.

Amazing service. I had a wedding on Saturday and I went in to see if they can tap my pants on the same day. I was surprised that they were able to do it. The service is absolutely incredible. They treat you with a lot of respect and always smiling. You get what you ask for.
Definitely this will be my new dry clean spot.

Despite the name, they do NOT offer one hour cleaning. First time at the business and I will never return. I needed one blazer quickly for a funeral and was told it would be 3 days in a condescending manner. Avoid.

I had two of my winter dress coats cleaned about a week ago. I left my pair of long sleeve black leather gloves in my gold and black checker coat with gold buttons and black faux fur around the neck. When I picked up my coat my gloves were not with my items. I've been going to this cleaners for the past 5 years and never had any problems until now. All I can say is KARMA is real! Hope you enjoy my gloves.

I enjoyed my experience. The women who worked there was nice and direct. Since I rarely dry clean not sure what the ideal price is, but i got a white uniform done with overnight service for $7. I thought that was a good price. As for the hours I assume that on week days they are open till seven.
Only downside was the parking lot. And if you have any questions just call them.
