I went there for the first time in a pinch and needed two pieces of clothing dry cleaned from Saturday by Monday. I had no idea one usually needs more lead time and they were already filled for Monday. However, when I explained that my daughter needs it for a school trip, they still took me in. So grateful for the generous help! When my daughter then jumped in to pick up the clothes, they remembered that this was for her trip and wished her all the best. Thankful for this place and love it!

Me and my wife decided that we wanted to have the Drapes in our living room and in our bedroom cleaned, I shopped around and I decided to go with craft cleaners in Princeton, they did an excellent job. Craft Cleaners was quick and did an excellent job with my dry cleaning. The prices are very reasonable. I will absolutely continue bringing my dry cleaning business to them.

I was referred to Craft Cleaners by Matija at Princeton Bridal for my formal Mother of Bride dress.  The bottom of the dress was very dirty after my daughter’s wedding and would not be wearable again without being cleaned.  The tags on the dress recommended only spot cleaning and NO dry cleaning, so the woman at the front desk took my dress into the back to get an opinion from their cleaner.  She came back confident that they could clean the dress using another method (not spot clean or dry clean).  I picked up my dress this week and it looks brand new!  Thank you Craft Cleaners!

Mayflower Cleaners

I used to use Mayflower for dry cleaning and laundry, but their prices became too expensive, so I switched to another service. I hadn’t contacted Mayflower in months. Recently, I left my laundry out for my current service, but Mayflower picked it up by mistake — without my authorization. It took me two days to figure out what happened, and I even had to file a police report. The owner is now charging me more than twice what I normally pay and refuses to take responsibility. Be careful — your clothes are not safe with Mayflower.

Update: Mayflower is claiming that they were scheduled to pick up laundry every Thursday. Their website states that depending on your needs you can schedule regular pick up or upon call pick. They claim that I had pick up scheduled for Thursdays. The thing is they picked up my laundry on FRIDAY. I was within minutes of filing a claim with my homeowners insurance because I thought my laundry was stolen. Even though I hadn't used Mayflower in months, I thought to call them. They want me to take a $40 credit and use their service again.

Mayflower is an excellent cleaner with a high end service ethic. They offer terrific shirt cleaning and you can arrange for at home pick up and delivery for no additional cost (although they are not inexpensive by any means, the quality is worth it). I have tried a variety of lower priced cleaners but was spoiled by their quality work and always come back to them.

This place does good work with dry cleaning and will also sew on patches for kids uniforms. The sewing was a little bit expensive, but certainly less than buying a sewing machine. There facilities are clean and welcoming. The people are friendly and professional.

Mayflower Cleaners is the worst cleaner I have ever done business with.  Do not use this establishment.   They actually took a table cloth and returned it without cleaning it to the point where there was still food caked on it.  The customer service is non-existent.  If you call them, they tell you to call back and will not return a call. Never use this cleaner.

Ruined almost every piece of clothes I brought to them… cashmere, suit, dresses… I kept giving them another chance. But nope, just don’t use them.
