Been going every week or so and I usually have no issue. I normally give them my detergent to clean the clothes because I want it to smell nice. Well this time I brought a big container of detergent 1.26 gal. And when I came to get my clothes the detergent was almost completely done. And when asked about it I was told it was because they washed my clothes twice .(it wasn’t a lot of clothes to be begin with either)  This was brand new and usually last me a month and in one wash it was almost gone. I was beyond irritated and I don’t know if I will go back after that.

I love it here! I always have the best experience, my clothes come out perfect every single time. The service is reliable, consistent, and always friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality and care.

I’d give 10 stars if I could - absolutely fantastic experience at Towne Cleaners. A light pink jumpsuit with years-old stains that I thought had no chance…. was saved! Also, my request for a dress alteration that I needed within the week was graciously accommodated and I could not be more grateful. Thank you so, SO much! Highly recommend!

Went on a Saturday, aside from great customer service, I was also satisfied with the work. I had alteration done to one of pants and to remove a stain from a jacket.

A very rude woman refused to take my simple alteration job. I thought as a new customer I’d be treated with respect and not have such a stressful and unpleasant experience. Never returning here again!

Terrible Service!! DON'T go please save your money!!!! Very rude and tailor doesn't meet customer expectations. Owners of the company curse & body shape clients instead of admitting their mistake, lost a beautiful wedding gown because of their carelessness.

Love it reasonable price they have also tailored some of my clothes they done an excellent job
