Officers please beware of bringing your uniforms here. I asked for my class A to have a simple patch switch. They never returned my patch. I went in person to inquire, no follow up, I called days later which they said they found it. They did not. I drove over and it was a patch from the 1990’s?! I don’t understand how they lost a patch I simply asked for a switch. They still haven’t called me or found it.
While talking to other officers, I was told they could have told me not to go here as they turned a white uniform pink with no compensation.
I wish I was told sooner but I will now spread the word to other officers.

I had dropped off a silk pleated dress that had a couple stains from a wedding the weekend prior. I was worried about the pleats and how well they would hold up. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. The dress came back looking even better than when I bought it. Definitely will be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs!

My neighbor recommended Crown Cleaners when I mentioned I needed a dress hemmed for a wedding I’m in. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the dress (bringing it from tea-length to knee-length), they steamed it, and it was so affordable. Highly, highly recommend. Very friendly staff as well.

I had a couple new shirts dry cleaned. They messed up the collars and only found out after I brought them home. I brought them back to fix and they were able to fix one. They couldn’t fix the one shirt. Got the refund for $2.50 but now I still have to go buy a new shirt which they refused to pay for.  I have been going here for years but will never see my business again since they obviously didn’t care about customer retention.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We took our daughters wedding dress to have the wrinkles steamed out of her dress. We were told it had to be brought 2 weeks in advance, prior to her October 9th wedding. This was a never worn, new dress shipped from the salon in California where we purchased it. We went to pick it up the Wednesday October 6 in the early afternoon only to be told it “was not ready” and to come back at the pick up time of 4 pm. ( again it was there for 2 weeks). Upon arriving at 3:45, the dress was brought out and we were told there “ is a water stain on the dress”. This dress had NO stains prior to taking it there. ( upon arrival from California we did a intense inspection and took photos). After an extremely upsetting discussion with the owners wife, who told us she was surprised that it was a brand new dress because it “ looked worn” and unable to locate the stain we were told to take it home, and if there were any issues they would pick it up and “ take care of it.Upon inspection, we found a small water stain on the bottom left side of the dress near the hem, about 2 inches in diameter, the train was an absolute wrinkled mess. FAR worse than when we brought it there! We are not sure what they did with it for the two weeks that it was there.  It was obvious that they steamed it, and put it in the bag before it dried on the day that we picked it up . At this point we were not confident enough to allow them to pick the dress back up and make any attempt to rectify the situation after how they handled the dress while it was there. Instead we hung the dress, fanned the train and put pillows underneath to reshape and diminish as many wrinkles as possible. I called and left a message for the owner to call… still waiting. Wow they offered to clean the dress and store it for free I can’t imagine why anyone would have the confidence to take anything there after the experience we suffered with them. I will continue to address the issue in hopes that I will get a refund as the service we requested was clearly not provided. Would not recommend these people to anyone!

Fashion Care Dry Cleaners & Laundromat

The male worker/owner goes around and takes people’s clothes including my own out of the washer even when its not busy in the laundromat. You shouldnt be touching other peoples stuff unless necessary. Also very overpriced and at least 1/2 of the washing machines are broken.

Washer worked well, dryer worked well. Change machine worked perfectly fine too. While I was here doing my laundry the owner was here doing maintenance on the machines and cleaning, he gave me advice for how long to dry my clothes as well. Great experience, thanks a million!

the one lady worker liked to take your clothes from the washer before they’re done because she needed it, she used 3 washers, and wanted to talk about other people needed washers, i had 2 going at the same time one had 5 mins left so how was the other one done before if the one she took was the one that started after, she’s entitled and thinks just because she works there she gets to do whatever she wants to anybody’s clothes

Place is FILTHY and everything is BROKEN.

Good majority of the machines are broken, including most of the cheaper washers. The only decent dryers are the new ones, the rest either fry your clothes or don’t dry them at all.

All the plants they have all over the place are gross too, they get dirt and nasty water all over the tops of machines.

I put my white blanket in the washer and it came put filthy with dirt all over it! I'm disgusted! 2.75 for the washer and .25 for 4 minutes on the dryer. This is robbery. I had that Vera Wang comforter for a month. And it's ruined. Thanks
