Was there in late evening and it was mostly empty. All laundry worked excellent and it was clean. Great experience! (I own a guest house and both our washer and dryer went out at the same time so I did five HUGE loads of laundry in two hours.)

This laundromat is filthy. Rubbed my thumb into the lining of the only washer available, and this disgusting black grime was on my thumb. No paper towels and was forced to wipe it onto the front of the washer. None of the other washers are clean. First one, full of hair. Second one, full of grass. Third one, black grime and hair on the lining. All the other washers are nearly broken and all contain nasty filth on the inside of the lining. I pulled my clothes back out of the machine, and said I am not coming here anymore. I last said that, when your dryer shrunk and entire load of laundry, and when I called you, you said that you would call me back, and you did not. I will for on, travel 8 minutes to the dunkirk laundromat because they have always clean washers. Here is a photo of my shrunken laundry. Forgot to mention that dryer 17 was so hot, that it almost melted my clothes and smelled like it was burning.

Took my white bed sheets there today and washed them in a newer machine and they are now absolutely ruined by brown stains all over them…will never go there again. These  were expensive and now I have to buy new ones. Beyond disappointed…

I’ve been going to this laundry mat quite frequently. The new owner has been doing a good job remodeling. Up until last night I have been able to do my laundry anytime day or night. I went last night about 10:45 put my laundry in the washers and went and sat in my car waiting about 24 minutes to go back in and put in the dryer. When I went to the door it was locked. My complaint is signs should have been posted that stated hours of operation and informing customer the door will automatically lock at 11:00pm and won’t open until 7am. I ended up having to leave my laundry and go back this morning. Hours on the door say 6am opening. Sat in my car til 7am when the door finally opened.

I spent $40 3 washers 3 dryers to wash all my winter blankets as a household of 5 that's alot it broke down to close to a $1 a minute the real problem they still didn't smell clean and some were still damp when I took out of dryer

Some of my work clothes were stolen from the dryer I was using. I know I should’ve stayed there but my son was sick and I didn’t wanna make him stay in there with me. There’s not even a number I can call to contact the owner to look at the camera footage to maybe find who it was.

I wish i could rate this zero stars! This is the WORST laundromat I've ever been to. Terrible upkeep, all the washers in the front had MOLD in the detergent dispensers and so much build up. The other washers were filthy as well. I can't speak on dryers cause i had to go elsewhere. I'm still grossed out by it. This is supposed to be an establishment you go to for CLEANING your clothes. I didn't take pictures but i would be glad to go back and snap a few thats how disappointed i am!  I hope that the owners read this and do something about this as its unsafe and unsanitary. Please hire someone to clean your machines and upkeep them daily!!!

It’s an ok place. Some of the dryers don’t work though and there is no phone number posted anywhere to call.  Years ago, this laundry mat had a restroom. Would be nice to have one in laundry mats.
