Been using the other company for years prior to being bought out. You don’t know when your stuff done. You got a call to find out if your stuff is done. That’s an issue because then you gotta take your time and call out of your day. This is supposed to be a service not a stressful situation. I used to get text message notifications when your stuff was done automatically. Furthermore, today I was missing items. Was told I had all my items. I said no I don’t. They called me back a few hours later and said oh sorry we have your stuff.  hopefully they get things straightened around not good right now. Wish them the best I’m gonna have to use a different company. I rely on my stuff for work.

I did not have a good experience with the new owners of this location. I have used Feigenbaum’s for years prior with absolutely no issues. Unbeknownst to me when I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned back in August, they were to be bought out by this larger company, Best Cleaners. I was told my wedding dress would take 3-4 weeks to have cleaned. When it was about it a week past that mark I called to ask for an update on my dress. The woman then explained that they were bought out and there was a delay but the dress should be done so she was going to call the location they send their inventory to and get back to me. A few days passed and I still had not heard an update. So I called again and the woman at the desk said my order did not exist in the system at all. At this point I was very nervous. This is not just a work shirt or set of pants that needed some stains removed. It’s my wedding dress. She said she would contact the manager directly and call me back by the afternoon. By 5pm that same day I still had not received a call. So I physically went into the store, where another person told me that they had found my dress and it would be delivered the next day. Which unfortunately did not happen. We showed up for the delivery truck and my dress was not on it. At this point no one knew where my dress was. And I was in the process of contacting the location where I purchased my dress and had the custom work done, in order to file for reimbursement. And we let the main office know we’d be doing so. Upon getting that call they magically found my dress and delivered it the next day and said that the reason my dress took so long was because it needed to be hand washed in some areas. I’m not sure why this wasn’t communicated to me if this was the case. And why at one point my dress was missing in their system. And while the people we spoke with through this whole process were not unpleasant, I’m am not happy with my experience with this company. My dress came back to me finally a month after I was originally supposed to have it. I was given no discount and no apology for any of this. And I don’t plan to return to this business.

Was just bought by Best cleaners. They closed the bay plant and are now shipping stuff to wherever their facility is (I am guessing towards albany). I usually drop off work cloths on Friday with a pickup on Tuesday. Under feigenbaum they would have it back next day or Monday. This time I went to pick up on Tuesday because I hadn't received a notification and nothing was ready. Went back Wednesday and was told they just got cleaned thay afternoon but weren't shipped back yet. Finally called today, put on 20 minute hold and they told me they were finally there. Beware of all the good reviews those were for feigenbaums which This is not. Best way bought the single store front, clients and good will and promptly gutted the service. Be prepared to wait and be frustrated. Hopefully it's just pain of the transfer but wow what a plunge off a cliff a week can make.

I am a regular customer at Feigenbaum's Quaker Rd. location.  The quality is unmatched, and the customer service cannot be beaten.  Brenda and Tanya go out of their way to help me, and I am always greeted with a smile.  This is not only a great Dry Cleaning Company, but they have also tailored my pants, fixed buttons on my shirts, etc. Go to Quaker Road and experience customer service at its finest.

Feigenbaum Cleaners is fantastic! They are so easy to work with—everything is quick and seamless. I love the convenient text notifications, the ability to keep a credit card on file, and the easy access for drop-off and pick-up. The team is always friendly, professional, and efficient. DO NOT USE! Terrible experience. I waited to write this review, hoping I would receive a response from ownership for a resolution, but I have not. Washers are smelly and dirty. The rubber seals around the washers are foul, gunked up with debris (one had a sock blocking the drain). Due to the filthy seals, items would obtain lines of dirt on them from being run around the seals while washing. Dryers are hit or miss. The girl who "cleans" the laundromat couldn't have been more apathetic and do a worse job. One of the washers damaged one of my blankets. Spoke to an attendant who showed up at one point after I called. She spoke to me like I was incompetent and would "review" the videos to see what I did, but couldn't refund me for the issues that I had. Offered me some stain remover for my damaged blanket so I could wash it again (would be the third time washing it at that point)...Attempted to reach out to the owners with no follow-up. Emailed with pictures and descriptions of all the washer/dryers of concern. No response.

For those wondering, no wi-fi. Mediocre A/C. Most everyone just waits in their car due to the tight quarters, smell and heat.

Cleanest laundry mat around. Open 24 hours. I always see an attendant in there cleaning and trying to keep up with spills. Nice owners and staff. If there’s an issue they always try and help. It’s nice that they care about their business.

I'll take responsibility for not reading the recent reviews of this place.... my fault there. But we were in a hurry to find somewhere open late. We bought new comforters to big for our home machine and decided to go here to wash them while having dinner in queensbury.  Big mistake. It shredder the new comforters in the dryers.... upon finding the damage and inspecting the dryer I found large jagged pieces caused by metal fatigue within the dryer! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Ever since the summer started this place has been a train wreck. There is only 2 benches inside the building so unless your lucky enough to get a bench your forced to stand around or sit in your car. The last 2 times I’ve came someone has opened up my dryer and prevented my clothes from drying. The washers are nasty with animal hair and mold. The people who come here are questionable.  (I only attached 3 pictures because my fingers got slimey. All washers are like this)

Not clean, expensive. Wondered why at 10 am on Saturday there was no one there… washers don’t spin clothes dry. Dryers do not get hot, took a ton of quarters to dry.  Total for 3 loads of wash and dry $21.  Traveling and this is one of the worst and not up to date facilities. No bathroom, no sink, loud obnoxious music and not credit card friendly.

This place is horrific. My job required me to get my uniform hemmed here and it was an overall terrible experience. When I dropped off my uniform I was told the only seamstress was on a one week “vacation”. Turns out it was a total of 3 weeks. When she finally took my measurements she was over the top rude. I’ve never met a more unpleasant individual working customer service. After she finally took my measurements it took another 3 weeks to hear from them. I called a total of 3 times. First two times a female told me my uniform wasn’t done yet. Third time a male who I forgot the name of answered and actually took the time to figure out what was going on and found my uniform which was finished, but not done correctly. Thank god for that guy, the only positive part about the experience. Literally take your business anywhere else. Everyone besides the the male there act like they’d rather have their teeth pulled than work there. Go literally anywhere else.

I dropped off pants at the beginning of the week to be hemmed and was told I could pick them up a Friday. When I picked them up and got home, the pants weren’t actually hemmed. I brought them back, and was told by the girl at the register to “go talk to the blonde girl and tell her to hem them while you wait”. At this point I decided that perhaps getting a refund and going elsewhere would be the best course of action. I asked for a refund and was told to wait while she went to speak with the seamstress. When she came back, I asked for a refund again, she told me they would hem them while I waited. It took me asking for a third time before she acknowledged what I said and gave me a refund. Not pleased.

absolutely terrible.  do not go there.  I have been customer for 40+ yr.  they are now awful.  i just picked up a blue sport coat and wool hat they cleaned.  the hat was 1 size smaller that when I started and the jacket wasn't even cleaned.  they sent the jacket back thru and it still looked terrible and had lost 3 buttons on 1 sleave.  they tried to find the 4 missing buttons and found 1.  I will never return. and suggest you use feigenbaum

Brought in a winter ski coat to have my zipper replaced and was so happy that they had it done within 24 hours!! The coat means a lot to me so I was quite happy that they were able to replace the zipper and have it done so quickly 😊😊

A great place to do business with only $20 for my blanket to get washed and it only took 1 day. I highly recommend they are great.
