Valentina is an angel! She worked so hard on my wedding dress alterations and did a remarkable job! For under $400 she fit the entire bodice and shortened the skirt hem, and even though my ballgown dress had more than 10 layers of fabric, she turned it around in just a few weeks! She was so careful with the most precious dress of my life, I cannot thank her enough. No charge for either of my fittings. Cash or check required, no ATM on site but there is one in the pub next door.

Cockroaches running all over the place. Washers don't drain and flood the room half the time. Dryers don't dry all the way. No one's their to sweep or clean anything ever.

My opinion on the laundromat in Herkimer The owner is absolutely kind and considerate .

It’s a cute laundromat. Decent pricing too. I have some suggestions for the owner. You should definitely repaint it to freshen it up. The color and decor is outdated. Also hire a cleaner or clean it more. The washers need to be wiped out because there is a lot of mold on and on them. Especially where you pour the detergent in. Also it needs to be swept and mopped some. I went here today because my dryer is broken right now. Other than that I loved how quiet and non crowded it was. Thank you.

This place is horrible.  The washers didn't work and made horrible noises.  We spent so much money drying and we left with wet clothes.  Never again will I go there. Plus it was pretty dirty and gross!!

Out of supplies and the Big Boy washer never went through the spin cycle so my laundry was still soaked when the washer displayed done. Not one person around to ask for help apparently you have to call I have no time to wait so I grabbed my soaking wet clothes and left. I used to like going there after today I will be going somewhere else.
