Mr. Cook did an excellent job altering my umpire pants. He took in the waist and shortened the length. He was courteous and understanding of my timely need. All around a fine experience. I will use his service again.

Amazing experience, I would give it 10 stars if possible! I brought in a dress for alterations and dry cleaning and within a few days it was ready. The alterations were done the way we asked and the stitching is perfect. The dress came back clean and without any wrinkles. I would definitely suggest this business and will be returning for future alterations and dry cleaning!

I left a pen open in my suit pocket.  Completely left two large ink spots on the jacket and two smaller one on the pants.  I knew it was time for a new suit.   I took it to Daniel R. Cook laundry and four days later it is as good as new.  They do a miraculous job.

Would rate zero stars if possible. I brought my wedding dress there to be dry cleaned. When I got a call to pick it up I drove 40 minutes and they were closed dispite their website stating they would be open. When I went back when they were open to get my dress it had a huge rip in it. The lady working the counter was very nice and left a note for the owner. A few days later I got a call from the owner stating that I had cause the rip and it was like that when she got it even though I looked over the dress with the worker the day I dropped it off and there was nothing wrong with it other than some sort of the bottom edge. The owner eventually said that she would fix it and brought it to a seamstress. Their “fix” was to stitch a huge patch of lace over the rip. The lace doesn’t even match the lace from the rest of my dress and it isn’t even symmetrical. Again the lady working the counter when I picked it up was very nice and offered to keep it again to let the owner know but I could not trust leaving my dress there again after 2 screw ups.  Also when I was picking my dress up for the last time there was a man in front of we who was also displeased as is item had been screwed up 3 times and still was not right. I would not recommend this place for anything.

Never followed instructions about how to press my clothes, broke buttons of clothes ,  ripped tassels off a garment and refused to pay for damages, charges more to launder women’s shirts. So have ruined clothing, are rude, charge women more than men, and often make you pickup at a different location than where you dropped off.

This place is a joke.  I dropped off at one location and was told to pick up at Kellogg rd.  She told me that the shirts would be $2.50 each if I had 5 per the coupon.  When I showed up to pick up she charged me double.  She said that they were not part of the special because I picked them up in 3 days instead of 5.  I literally had the handwriting of the other lady putting the price on my ticket.  The lady behind the counter insisted I pay $5 a shirt or I could come back in a few days and speak to the owner to get my shirts!  First and last time I will use this place.  Trust the reviews on here and go elsewhere.
