This is the BEST cleaners in Northport! One example of how amazing they are is that they have a special machine that takes out oil stains! I couldn't believe it! I thought my chair cover was ruined but Walla! Gone! They also cleaned my daughter's wedding dress beautifully! Highly recommend!!

I brought a Canada goose there & came out great. I brought 6 panels of draperies that had dust on them. They are ruined. The owner will claim painters dust and clogged his machine. The customer says…. If you felt you couldn’t do the job, you should’ve told me. My white Linen Restoration Hsrdware draperies are now stained with yellow and white stripes, brown spots and blue ink. When my husband went to pick up drapes owner complained about dust. When o called…. Owner overtalked me and complained about dust. I carried them into store. I was not covered in dust. There seems to be a lot of exaggeration to justify damaged draperies and ridiculous price. Charged $300.00. I wish the ppl in Norwood plaza hadn’t gone out of biz. I’m sick over my drapes. Just sick.

Add: I just opened plastic of last pair. There is a giant black stain n the white linen. I wish I could post the photos I took. IF YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING THE WORK THEN DENY THE JOB. These were dry cleaned once before. NO HUGE BLACK STAINS!!
