I've been using this laundry mat since I moved into an apartment without a washer/dryer and three times the past month, machines that aren't labeled out of order, though plenty are always broken, have eaten my quarters and refused to start. The washing machines are especially annoying because they won't even start until all of the quarters are in and then when it's broken, the quarter returns don't work either. there used to be a phone number in the establishment to call when things are broken or for emergencies however nobody ever answers and I'm fed up with it. I would love machines that work, or maintenance to fix the broken machines rather than leaving them out of order for months at a time. Also my money back. I should also mention that there has been no hot water since before the winter and lord knows if we'll ever get it back.

Not bad. Affordable. $2.5 for a load, 25 cents for 6 minutes of drying.

Broken machine ate money, no notice whatsoever. The change machine throws one or two five cents, that you cannot use. Very clever way to make extra 20 cent profit. Never saw any attendant so no way to complain.

DO NOT GO HERE! The convenience of being open 24 hours isn’t worth it. I tried to wash my comforter but it came out of the machine DIRTIER. When I washed it again, it got even more dirty. I was out $5 with a ruined comforter. They don’t service their machines. There is no one there. There is only a number to call for emergencies (fire or flooding) and a sign that says they aren’t responsible for damaged articles due to machine malfunction. This is BS!! I tried to go back during the daytime to talk to someone but no one was there. I left a note so hopefully I’ll get a call from them. If you know who owns/manages this place, please let me know so I can contact them.

Never any attendant on. No way to report broken machines or machines that just eat your money. Not even a phone number. Constantly dispenses Canadian quarters in their change machines but don't accept them in the machines.

They only want your money and someone should actually shut them down.

I spoke to a woman in Accounts Receivable, when I tried to explain what I was calling for she was extremely rude, then could not figure out how to transfer correctly. So kept answering the phone and putting me back on hold.

Called a customer service rep first thing this morning was told that my uniforms would be in today called them back after someone told me my driver would be at my office before noon and they said there is nothing on the truck for me not very pleased right now called my sales rep Todd and he said that someone would deliver them next day cause the truck showed up after all the other trucks left they need to find a better way to communicate with everyone when I was told I would get everything today after I pushed a job out to next day
