Large machine 8 bucks for one, med machine 6 bucks and there are smaller. 50 cents to do a super wash on all machines. One big drying machine to dry everything for a dollar. Many to pick from. Tidy for the most part and usually in working order. Love that you guys use older machines in the back haha. Super cool!

Clean for a laundromat.  Most machines in working order. Washers are fast.  Offers several different size washers.  Dryers are not the fastest, but I’ve seen slower!  It’s bright lit.  Good parking.  All in all very pleased.

Came here because my machines at my building were down. Seemed cute at first until I realized how clean it really wasn't. I wouldn't expect to eat off the floors but definitely would like to not have to worry about dropping my clothes and picking them up dirtier then they started. Bathroom had no toilet paper and all but like 5 dryers were up and running. It works though. Got my clothes clean enough. 🤷‍♀️

I wanted to save some time getting a bunch of clothes and blankets cleaned. All I got was a bunch of either burned clothes or still wet ones. Hundreds of dollars wasted here. My brand new clothes and soft blankets are ruined. Do not recommend.

Used many laundromats in many states. Love that it's 24 hours but almost all the dryers are out of service, the bathroom was out of service for 6 weeks this past summer. Most of the dryers that DO work either aren't hot or stop working a few minutes into using. Filled out forms to get money back from defunct washers and dryers with no response or compensation. There's way more options in the area. Went here for a year+, never going back.

Jet Cleaners

I used them to dry clean a wedding dress. They didn't return to us until 7 months later. When I saw the dress, I found yellowish stains on the dress.The bottom of the dress is dirty too.

To anyone listening; I have recently moved to Rome, on the advice of my son I brought my dry cleaning to Jet Cleaners on James street in Rome.  The 2 times I have been there, the ladies behind the counter were borderline rude. Upon entering the cleaners on my second visit the response was not hello, how can I assist you, or how may I help you, but rather "whats your phone number?"  No attempt to learn my name or be friendly. That was also the case on my first visit. I wrote it off as maybe she's having a bad day, after all everybody deserves a second chance.

As I have mentioned above this is a case of the same song different verse.  Going on, when I got home, I noticed my corduroy shirts/ pull overs where shinny. Dry cleaning is not supposed to leave your clothes shiny!! Secondy, my dress shirts had the white plastic collar stays that some shirts require were all missing. I mentioned this and said I would be happy to buy more. I was told " we don't know where you can buy them."

I own 2 insurance agencies; if I treated my clients the way I was treated  by Jet Cleaners, I would have been out of business 30 years ago. I'm not faulting the ladies behind the counter, I'm faulting ownership/management.; There is a very old cliché that says "a fish rots from the head down."  and " attitude: is just a simple adjustment from the head up.
Needless to say i will not be going back to Jet Cleaners in Rome NY.

This is a business NO ONE should patron! As they are liers and treat their former GOOD employees horribly and disgustingly! My mom worked for them until my dad was almost killed in a horrific accident!! THEY let her go after she let them know she could only work 3-4 days considering my dad was in an induced coma for 8 days and then had 7 surgeries and wasn't leaving the hospital in Syracuse ANY time soon. They let her go anyway stating they require 6 days. I even called and spoke w the manager LINDA who claimed to feel soooo bad letting a good employee go! And she felt truly bad for our situation! BS!! because naturally my mom then filed for unemployment which this business then fought it, LIED and said she QUIT and even took it a scummier step further and cited her for "misconduct" a woman who sweated in that shop SIX DAYS A WEEK AND NEVER ONCE CALLED OUT FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS!!! they also never paid her , her vacation pay that was rightfully owed to her. This woman is now counting out change for gas n food $ as my father will never work again and w a family to support. This is one of the most disgusting displays of humanity I have ever seen! Or shall I say lack there of!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE!! only people like this would do such a thing to an entire family never so down on their luck w their lives changed forever. But I will say this, karma is nasty and it WILL GET YOU PEOPLE!!! IT WILL! MARK MY WORDS! YOU HAVE DONE A HORRIBLE DEED AND GOD AND THE UNIVERSE WILL MAKE YOU PAY! my family doesn't deserve this. Don't do business with people who conduct their business in such a horrible way!! They could screw you too!!! and go to my page to look at a further post I'm making go viral so that these people lose out on business too, just like my mom is losing out, only she doesn't deserve it

Best dry cleaners out there! They have GREAT SERVICE and FRIENDLY STAFF! They got all the stains on my shirt out and got it back to me on the same day! AMAZING!!!

Very hard working staff!  They go above, and beyond to provide the best work, and service possible!
I've known and watched these folks in action for 30+ years! Truth!
