I tried everything to get this stain (not even sure what it was) out of my brand new Uggs and nothing worked. I brought them to Rainbow Cleaners and there’s no trace of a stain! I definitely recommend them!

I would like to say that this is one of the most responsible washing service I have ever had. I have a very special white ski jacket with reflective material and customized features. I’ve tried to work with the stain several times and there were no improvements. I talked with Sherry at the desk, she was very kind and professional. The owner of the store Allen took care of all the problems in three business days, and my jacket is back to pristine again.

Such professional and kind people, had a last minute emergency and was able to pick up my item within 3 hours all cleaned and pressed. Would highly recommend and bring more items to them! Thank you for everything!!

I was looking for a laundry service near Albany when I came across Rainbow Cleaners. I was happy to see they’ve been a family-run business for over 70 years, and I wanted to support them. When I dropped off my clothes, I had included hangers, but the staff member let me know they provide their own, so I removed mine from the bag.

After I left, I thought it would be a good idea to confirm that my shirts—most of which are button-downs—would be returned on hangers rather than folded, which is why I had included hangers in the bag in the first place.

I was then informed that this is strictly a wash-and-fold service and that items are only returned on hangers if they are pressed or dry cleaned—which, I was told, is implied in the name of the service. Since I don’t press my shirts and they don’t require dry cleaning, that option didn’t make sense for me. After all, it’s less time-intensive to hang a long-sleeve button-up shirt than to try and fold one.

At many other laundry and wash-and-fold services, I’ve made the same request, and it’s never been an issue—especially when I provide my own hangers. I was surprised and disappointed that this wasn’t an option here.

The people at Rainbow Cleaners do a phenomenal job and are very forthcoming.  I've had normal dry-cleaning that's been done in a matter of a few days, without concern.

More recently, I had asked if they could fix up some jeans that had many holes in them, and they said yes.  However, before fixing them up, I received a phone call about the price of each pair.  Much to my chagrin, they were quite pricey.  Thankfully, the alterations were not made, and I saved money.

I would recommend Rainbow Cleaners to anyone looking for competitive pricing on dry cleaning services.

I took 2 sweaters on on a weekday and was told to pick them up 2 days later, another weekday but they were closed. I went back twice but they were still closed. They were finally opened today at 11am, not 8am as advertised. When I asked why they were closed before,  the girl tried to deny it. They are extremely unreliable!!! I could understand if there were a family emergency but the person who was there today said there was no family emergency. I will never trust them again.i received a rude reply here instead of an apology. This was not on a holiday and I could not get there on a Saturday because I am a caretaker for my disabled son. This was during midweek and I deserve an apology instead of being corrected like a child.
