Nothing like what the reviews say, I was hesitant about coming because of the older reviews… but pleasantly surprised, recently updated inside with new machines. Very clean and efficient.

It's almost Everytime I go my close either don't dry ..or they don't get washed all the way ..this time I took them out of the washer and they were dripping wet ...so now gotta dry them in the ..."dryer" ...an see if they dry ...ugh just sucks ..spend money just to keep spending money

Very clean and lots of machines available to use. They have a quarters machine and also a laundry soap, softener, bleach, etc dispenser.

Everytime I come to this laundrymat it's always dirty and the dryers never work right and not to mention the attendant is always rude and in the way of doing your laundry. Last week I came here to do my laundry and this unclean older couple came in to wash their laundry and bedding. As they plowed their way through to get to the dryer above mine which was done and I was preparing to unload they decided that they were putting their bedding in the dryer above where I was when I was the only person using the dryers and dog feces started to unravel onto the floor from their bedding that they just washed and I flipped out on them. Today, I go and the attendant who is always rude and in the way of the dryers being used decided to clean the lint out of the dryers I was loading my laundry into instead of waiting. Instead today she allowed this young couple to bring in their pet dog to wander the laundry mat while they washed and dried their clothes. Don't get me wrong I love dogs but they don't belong in the laundry mat where people are doing their laundry for several different reasons. This laundrymat is not managed properly and is very unclean and professional.

The only positive i found here was the ladies working. 14 out of 20 dryers had out of order signs on them. That however doesn't mean the others work well. I had to dry multiple times. Only 2 of 6 triple load washers worked & i needed employee assistance to get those to work. Luckily i don't depend on this laundromat. I only tried it because of roadwork in my area. I definitely won't be back or recommend!

Keep your wedding dresses and any other important garments far far away! Not only was there a problem with my handmade trim, but when I asked for them to make it right, I was told it came in that way. To be clear, I was told that a few beads may come off but what I wasn’t expecting was over half to be missing and the trim that held it together to be broken in multiple places. Thank god I decided not to finish the preservation process otherwise my daughters would open a box with a botched dress. Thank you Warrensburg laundry for taking away the option to pass on my dress! I would give zero stars if afforded the option.

In response to Mr. James Hammer.  All chemicals used are biodegradable and meet all industry standards, being customer and environment friendly.  Upon reviewing the cost per shirt, this indicates Mr Hammer dropped off oversize shirts (2XL or larger) which, had to be hand pressed after being pressed on the shirt unit.   We believe every business has had disgruntled customers especially those operating for over 40 years, such as mine. It is vital that you address these situations by correcting and explaining to the customer the situation at hand.   Warrensburg Laundry does do commercial and health care laundry as well, however, there are three departments, commercial laundry, family laundry and dry cleaning, all individualize from the other.  It is hard for me to believe that Mr. Hammer's shirts were more wrinkled after picking them up.  Each year we have repeat vacationers returning to the area that utilize our facility.  It is my thought that Mr. Hammer was upset with the price and therefore had to express his discontent.  Our normal pricing is $3.30 per shirt.  To finalize, NO issues or concerns were brought to our attention.  Had Mr. Hammer asked to speak to a supervisor or owner to remedy any concerns he might have had, they would have been addressed and corrected, as it is our policy to resolve them. Oh, and by the way, commercial pricing is extremely discounted.

I took in a wool, polyester lined winter jacket that had been buried for quite some time in storage bins. The jacket had "unidentifiable" stains, markings and crud. The dry cleaning removed all the stains and remarkably resulted in a like-brand-new version of the jacket. I was pleasantly surprised and quite nicely, pleased. Thank you Warrensburg Laundry & Dry Cleaning!

They’re nice people. They pick up and drop off. 3 stars because my last load came back damp which resulted in mildew smell.
