I moved from another state two years ago to Ashville. After taking my clothes to a nearby dry cleaner who damaged my clothes and did not even apologize, I decided to drive 40 minutes to Custom Fine DryCleaning . I am so glad I did.

The workmanship and quality of this dry cleaner is phenomenal. The customer service is outstanding!!! Excellent tailoring as well.

The staff at Custom Fine Dry cleaning are so kind and courageous. They do a fantastic job job at a reasonable price. Their seamstress is spot on and recently help me with my Mother of the Bride dress a few days before my daughter’s  wedding, with a last minute alteration and the results were perfect!

SO happy I found this place! I brought my wedding dress here to be altered and they did an exceptional job! It was altered to perfection and fit like a glove! It was also done in a timely manner and I was able to try it on before final pick up.

One Price Dry Cleaning & Coin

One Price Dry Cleaners is a big disappointment. Brought shirts that I asked to clean collars. They came back exactly like I brought them. A raincoat with a small coffee stain fared no better. My $52 bill netted me nothing but dirty clothes back. See photos. What really disappointed me was the "I don't care attitude". The lady basically said we did what we could and then walked away. Conversation over.

I have been coming here for YEARS. I took four jackets to be cleaned. It’s not the best place, but it’s close to home, so I kept giving them my business. Big mistake.

When I got home, one jacket was covered in HAIR — and not mine. I called, went back, and instead of treating a long-time customer with basic respect, they told me I would have to PAY for them to run it again.

The owner wasn’t even there, yet left word that they needed to charge me. The attendant didn’t bother to look at the jacket, didn’t check the hair, didn’t try to help, and honestly never smiles or welcomes anyone anyway.

This place clearly does NOT care about customers. Zero customer service. Zero accountability. And now I’m left wondering what exactly I paid for.

I will NEVER return. DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, be prepared to be disappointed too.

Good price if you don't add extra quarters to get the machine to start.  The Indian lady was rude and blamed me for the machine not working.  I followed her instructions to wait until the light goes off.  And, low and behold, I paid 2.75 for soaking wet clothes.  I dried my other load and went to another Laundromat to rewash and dry the load from the broken machine.  She did not offer a refund nor the overage from trying to start the machine.  I will wash in the river first before reentering that business.

Quarter machine took my $20 and didn't give me any quarters. The dry cleaning business next door was closed and I was leaving to go out of town the next day for 15 days...so I left a note under the door of the dry cleaning business, explaining what happened, when it happened and left every kind of contact information I could think of. No attempt was ever made to make right what happened.
This laundromat is also very dirty, dingy and there was an assortment of questionable characters "hanging out" (idk if they were actually customers or not) and they made me nervous.  I would not recommend using this laundromat but if you do, be prepared, bring your own quarters and sit in your locked car while you wait for your clothes to finish up.

The washer I used did not spin/extract. (This meant my clothes were completely soaked,...it would have taken hours for them to dry in a dryer.)
The owner-wife tried to invent reasons it was MY fault, until I ADAMANTLY INSISTED SHE stop talking at a hundred miles an hour...AND "LISTEN TO ME."  I told her I had NOT done anything she suggested were "possible" reasons it was my doing.
The whole time, she held in her hand the quarters I would need to RE-DO the entire load thru another full wash cycle in another machine. She finally gave them to me when the door to the machine my clothes were locked in finally opened. SHE KNEW THE WHOLE TIME HER MACHINE WAS BAD, (which is why she bought the quarters with her ahead of my explaining the problem!)
Above that, the indicator light did not work...And iIt took fifteen minutes for the door to finally unlock.
SO, I waited for a whole new wash & extract to happen, wasting my valuable time.

THEN the dryer took my quarter and would not turn on.
The owner-husband came over this time and ALSO tried to act like I did something wrong. THIS I refused to take and told him to his face how unethical this pretending it is the customer's fault WHEN THEY ALREADY WERE WELL FAMILIAR WITH THE PROBLEMS WITH EACH MACHINE FROM LOTS OF COMPLAINTS.
I told him that I would now "go miles" to a real laundromat: not because his machines were broken, but rather because HE IS DISHONEST. He could have had a patient customer. Not now.

Other patrons not only agreed with me out loud, they literally CHEERED at my telling this jerk the truth about his lack-of-Honor. "No, he is NOT honest...AT ALL!," one man exclaimed. One lady clapped at my admonishing the owners.
