Medlin-Davis Cleaners is AMAZING and truly life-saving! I had a mishap during my bridal portraits when my horse got green grass slobber on my wedding dress just 30 days before the wedding. I rushed it to Medlin-Davis, and they got the stain completely out! My dress looks beautiful and perfect again.

The staff was so kind and patient with me while I was freaking out during this crisis. I am beyond thankful for all their help. I added photos so you can see how incredible the results are. I will definitely be bringing my dress back after the wedding to have it preserved.

I have never been to this establishment before. I had a wool zip up hooded sweatshirt that needed the zipper replaced.  They quoted me an amount and I said sounds perfect.  My mom ended up picking it up for me when they said it was ready for pickup, a few days later.  The quote they gave me I believe was to replace the zipper track, but all it needed was the zipper puller.  To my surprise, it was only $8!  Much cheaper than initially expected, and will be coming back soon to have others replaced as well, that I’ve been putting off for some time.  Better than excellent experience.  Above and beyond customer satisfaction.

Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I brought a sweater that had chocolate stains on it. I thought that it would be a mistake to put it in my washer. They were very honest and showed me what to do at home to get rid of the stains! I was so impressed!! Also, they cleaned a bed cover for me. They did an amazing job! It was done 2 days later! I highly recommend Medin-Davis Cleaners!!

I dropped off a bedspread tor washing, and I expected to pick it up in one week. That’s always the schedule, and I’m fine with it. But this to time my bedspread was ready for pick-up 2 days later. What a great surprise!

Unfortunately, my first experience at Medlin-Davis will be my last. The customer service was not great. I was not greeted when I walked inside and the employees just looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I was the only customer in the business at that time. I observed that one employee was helping the other with a task on the computer, so I completely understand that they were in the middle of something else. I did not feel very welcomed. I brushed it off, maybe they were having a bad day. When my items were ready for pickup, my partner picked them up because I was still working. He was also not greeted when he arrived. My biggest issue is that when I dropped off my items, they were all looked at and they did not say anything about if they could or could not dry clean any particular item or material. Upon pick up, my partner was told that they could only spot clean one of my dresses and it was not fully cleaned. I wouldn’t have bothered taking it if they weren’t able to fully clean it. I need that dress for a wedding this month, so it is frustrating that I am going to have to scramble for another solution. Pricing is a little expensive here, but I understand that you have to keep a business running. Four dry cleaned items and one spot cleaned item totaled about $53.00.

I am very happy with my experience at Parc Cleaners in Holly Springs, NC. My coat was very dirty when I dropped it off. It was ready for pick up the next day and when I saw it, I could not believe how good it looked. I will definitely use this dry cleaner again.

Not the Place to go for Military uniforms. They said they would be able to do the alterations to my uniforms. Not knowing they would need instructions on how to do it. I cant provide those instructions properly. I called in advance asking if they had prior knowledge of how to properly do military uniforms the person on the phone said yes. When I showed up, the person from the back couldn't understand what I was talking about pretty unprofessional on his end.

I have taken many items of clothing in there for alterations, and I’ve never been disappointed. The items are ready on time or before and the job is always first rate.

Mike is who usually greets me. He’s friendly, kind and patient with even difficult customers. It’s easy to see when an owner cares about their business and takes the time to make the customer experience wonderful.

Recently I had forgotten to pick up some shirts for a really extended period and the way he reminded me was gracious. I am happy Parc Cleaners is in Holly Springs. They add a nice touch to our town.

We have been using Ace Dry Cleaners for quite a few years now and have always had a great experience. Just recently brought in 2 flower girls dresses that I needed done quickly and they had no problem accommodating that for me! Would definitely recommend using their services

Ace Dry Cleaners located next to Harris theater was amazing with me came in asking about some prices since I’m new to the area young lady was very polite and explained the prices for the items I had . Thank you for still having the good customer service and a great attitude , she was very welcoming to the store , forgot her name but she was a worker in the morning shift I came around 12:30ish 100/10 will be coming here for service

I wish there is a lower rating than a 1 star. I could deal with anything (pick up delay, workers attitude, unapplied discount)   but dishonesty and deception is at another level. 5 days ago in hollysprings I dropped off the same set of shirts and pants for service to notice the store worker separating my shirts into 2 piles, out of curiosity I asked why and got an answer" some of the shirts have to be dry cleaned" I replied, " No I don't want dry clean, I have been bringing the same set of shirts every 2 weeks for the last year and been having them washed " she then checked the shirt lables and said, OK, we will wash them then", . I picked up my 17 piece wash order today arranged for pay on pick up, to see the credit card machine is set up for $70.94 charge for a bill of $61.98 that I had the receipt for, when questioned the store employee, she replied" let me check the system" , came back with 'there were 3 shirts dry cleaned since we couldn't wash and starched". Were you going to tell me that before you add $9 to my bill? If I didn't check, I would've never known that I was charged unauthorized extra fees, Why all of the sudden 3 of shirts had to be dry cleaned since ever I used their service , I bring in the same set of shirts every 2 weeks to wash and ironed? Why would you dry clean them despite I deliberately told you that I don't wish to dry clean? She then called the store owner to come and say " I'm not going to check your service records, we will do what you want but note that if damage happened to your shirts, we are not responsible, reset the machine and walked away with the only attitude. I believe that the 3.6 rating is no surprise for that business since that is their business practice, I wish I read other reviews before I took my business to them, the reviews show that they have an excuse for everything and they were never in the wrong. The $9 that you were trying to scam me for, have lost you another client.

First time using Ace dry cleaners.  Had exceptional service from Jacky, she was happy to answer all my questions, and my clothes were ready on time like she had mentioned. Very professional, and will be using them again.

I bought my jacket here to be cleaned. I asked him can I pick it up on that Saturday since I work late and he demanded “ no FRIDAY” only. As if another day would’ve hurt his business. When I picked it up I noticed it’s more wrinkled than the way I dropped it off. Makes me question if it was ever cleaned. The day I dropped it off the new owner wasn’t as friendly to me at all and he claims all prices were the same as the last owner but I beg to differ. The previous owners were so nice and welcoming. They would talk to you and do a fantastic job. The new owner was so cold to me. I still left my jacket to give them a try. But after picking up my jacket and seeing that’s it’s more wrinkled than before I made the decision to never return. Customer service and being polite goes a long way. I truly miss the old owners, they did a fantastic job! Does anyone out there know where the old owners went to? If not, I guess I’ll be looking for a new cleaners because this was a horrible service.
