I will not be coming back. I’ve had them dry clean 2 suites, one is white. I had this white suite dry cleaned many times somewhere else and the quality of it has never been damaged. After picking up my suite from this place, minor stains didn’t come off and it appears to be dirtier than when I first dropped it off. This is just my honest review but you can always find it out yourself.

Friendly staff at a family-owned company makes doing business with Folks pleasant and easy. I preferred the Boiling Springs location since it's so much closer to home, but that small location never recovered from COVID and recently had to close. The team at the main location in Shelby are friendly, nice, and always willing to help with whatever you need or answer any questions you have. Recently had an issue with a shirt that was ruined during the dry cleaning process. The owner called me personally, apologized for the mistake, and gave me the price I paid for the shirt when it was new so that I could replace it.

Had dry cleaning done there before & clothes were still stained. Refused to do my horse show clothes even tho' they had been done many times in other states. Thank God a found another cleaners as this is a monthly need.

Got my papaws burial flag cleaned here they said it would be free but charged me $6. But still a good price and did a great job.

I just got done trying to defend this one because I come all the way from lawndale to this one in particular because the laundromat in lawndale got about 3 washers and 3 dryers that actually work. When this one first opened there was never this many washing machines/and or dryers out of order. Smh even one of the bathrooms is out of order... They have been slacking over the years get right now sunshine.. hate to try and find another good laundry mat

Please be sure to watch out for machines with dye in them. I had one last time I washed, everything came out dark. It needs a good cleaning. And the machines look old. I found a better place to do laundry and this isn't it.

Wash machines work fast. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Not enough trash cans. Worst thing about this place aside from it being hot as hell, they have too many roaches! As soon as you walk in they are moving all around. Little ones & big ones. Terrible!! Get new owners, somebody who cares!

Lots of space and machines, and the owners were so nice! We had to launder our entire wardrobe due to hurricane damage and they were so helpful and friendly!

The machines are in great working order and very clean. There are also a lot of folding tables available. Soda and snack vending machines are also on the premise. This location also has a couple of working TVs so you can watch TV while you do your laundry. All in all, not a bad little laundromat.
