They always do such a good job with the items that I bring for work,  that I brought my comforters and curtains here. All of items came back looking brand new. Thank you so much!

I have been going here for years. The owners are very friendly and very accommodating. The other day, I stopped by 30 min after they were closed (not realizing they were closed) and the owner was walking out and locking the door. I needed my clothes for a business trip, and the owner opened the shop back up, powered on the wrack machine, and got my clothes. I highly recommend them!

I dropped my winter coat off last Wednesday during my lunch hour (12-1).  I asked to have it back by Saturday but that was not possible.  Had to wait a week. Went to pick up today on lunch hour and hand written sign says on break until 12:30.  Sigh, ok, I return at 12:35 only for sign to now state back by 1:00.  Totally unprofessional and now I have to wait until tomorrow for my coat.  Unless of course these breaks remain 12-1.  Once I eventually get my coat back, I will NOT use this place again.

I'm pretty satisfied with the service here. I had my bridesmaid dress hem and take in and Oanh did pretty good job. The dress was fit very well and the price was reasonable ($42.70). Overall, I would definitely come back for more alteration. Great job Ultra Cleaners!

The guy who answered the phone sounds like i woke him up. He did not say the name of the place just a griggy hello. Then i asked if same day seevice and he said no and nothing else. Not how soon or if i had another question. I would say that is rude. wouldnt go there. How could I trust them with my clothes?
