HORRID service quality .  Brought two faux fur blankets with a few spills and food stains to be cleaned. They had them for two weeks, picked them up today. They weren’t even touched. They still had all the stains and spots of food on them. I’m appalled $80 for no service at all. These items weren’t even touched.

Needed a same day dry cleaning for a suit. Called at 8:30 am, dropped off at 8:45am and picked up the suit at 3 pm that day. Price was very reasonable for emergency service. Thank you.  Will use again.

Took them three tries but stains are still there. It is not even an oil spot or anything that I would understand if cannot be cleaned. Talked to the manager and asked for a refund, because I still need to spend additional time and money to have it cleaned at a different place. The manager refused my request and told me I need to pay for their efforts. What’s the point of efforts if results were not delivered?

The prices are insulting. 20$ to wash a sheet, I was charged 100$ to wash a SINGLE blanket. The service took nearly 5 days to complete. Worst of all these prices are not explained up front the prices that were explained to me were a lie. I do not recommend this service as it is a total scam.

Adding to my original review.  I just went back to pick up something that they had since early COVID and once again had the pleasure to deal with Jason.  I am no longer traveling every week, so my volume of dry cleaning is very minimal but have missed seeing Jason's smiling eyes -- I would say face -- but with the new normal of masks I have to stick with eyes :-)  DO Summers still does great (and excellent quality) work!

D.O. Summers Hudson has done a consistently excellent job on our laundry and dry cleaning for a number of years now.  The staff members we have worked with have all been friendly and efficient.  Jason is the person we have seen most often and it is clear that he sets the standard for the store: he is attentive to our needs and has proven to be very competent in understanding and handling properly the (infrequent but important) unusual or problem cleaning challenges presented to him.  He, and the store, have handled our business very professionally and capably, which keeps us coming back!

Love D.O. Summers! We have been using them for the past three years on a weekly basis and always have the best service. Quick turn around, will fix small issues such as buttons and incredibly friendly.
