This place is amazing. Not only are the owners the NICEST people who remeber you the way a local bartender would, but they have never failed to get a stain out for me. My latest drop off was the biggest test. I brought my down North Face parka in after spilling oil from a leaky Indian food container all down the front. I was sure I had ruined the coat because the oil stain was BIG and everywhere. Once I picked up the coat after having it dry cleaned, I looked at it under the lights of my kitchen. It looks brand new! There is absolutely no stain or smell. Previously, Jill sewed and fixed the zipper on this same coat after it had ripped away from the bottom a bit, and the repair look like it was done at the factory. We are so grateful to have such an awesome dry cleaner that we can count on. Even though we moved from Lakewood years ago, we still drive the 15 minutes to take our things to New Westlake because we trust them completely. They always do an amazing job! Thank you do much for saving my coat!

I have taken many articles of clothing here for alterations and they've always been perfect!

Called the day after my wedding to check pricing on wedding dress cleaning and preservation. The gentleman I spoke to told me it was $170. I dropped my dress off and they cleaned it. It was pretty heavily stained on the bottom and they were able to get most of it out - but not all of it. Went I went to pick it up they charged me $290! I told the woman at the register that it was supposed to be $170 per my conversation earlier and she said wedding dress cleaning/preservation “starts at $180” and that my dress was very large and the material was hard to work with, and a few other excuses. That was NOT as discussed on the phone, or when I dropped my dress off, or when I came in to look at it before it was being boxed up. She lowered the charge to $260. I had to pay it to get my wedding dress back. While they did a decent job on the cleaning, it is VERY shady and untrustworthy to change the pricing after the service was completed. IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR WEDDING DRESS IN - REQUIRE THEM TO CLARIFY PRICING BEFORE THEY CLEAN!!
