I am a member of a veterans organization that designed a club jacket and needed a quick turnaround. The staff comitted to one week and delivered on time. They consistantly do what they say yhey will do.

They were fast, friendly, and the alterations were perfect. The sewing repairs they made to two of my heavy garment seams are still holding strong, look great, and have prevented further tearing for years. Their dry cleaning is also  fast and professional.

Good for a clean and press but expensive for alterations.

I've had a good experiences with Osborne Cleaners in the past: inexpensive clean and press without going to heavy on the starch and I've never had an article of clothing damaged while in their possession.

Recently, however, I inquired if they did alterations to which they do however I do not know if they do them in house. I've attached a copy of the the receipt to take in three suit jackets. Mostly just sleeves just being taken in and one jacket having the back taken in. As you can see $174.00 is pretty substantial for those type of alterations and unfortunately the quality of work received was not reciprocal with the amount paid as the additional photos show. I should have inquired and been provided an estimate of cost before turning over my suits, but live and learn.

Bad: Possibly out-of-shop alterations. Poor value alterations.

The dryers I chose to use for my first time at the laundromat did NOT dry. I finally folded damp clothing after putting in quarters for over an hour. Several dryers didn't work, and it was fairly busy, so most other dryers were occupied. I used the big washers to wash my bedding and had no issues with those. I spent around $20 to wash and (almost) dry 2 bug washers and 2 small worth of clothing and linens.

It's a small town laundromat, you can get your clothes cleaned.

While they close at 9:30pm, they don't want customers starting new loads after 8:30pm. They want to close on time. Can't blame them.  Oh, they aren't digital, machines are still coin-operated. They have a coin dispenser for quarters, so no worries.

My clothes were missing when I came back the next day after drying. There is no phone number so I can’t contact the launderette. I would expect my clothes to at least be bagged away or better yet just leave them where they are. There needs to be someone working there and supervising for cases just like these!

Love this laundry mat, exactly what I was looking for. Much bigger than Splash and Go, much cleaner too. There's two restrooms, good music, washers and dryers work great and Giovanni's Pizza is right next door. Will definitely go to from now on. 😁

This is a great facility to wash your clothes! Comfortable enough to hang around, it’s clean, gets the job done. I love the top quality washers and dryers used - Maytag, Whirlpool and Dexter!! Would highly recommend!
