I visited Rite Cleaners for the first time.  I needed a dry cleaner who did curtains.  My draperies were returned beautifully cleaned and pressed.  I couldn’t be happier.

I had a pair of men’s dress pants that lost a zipper and I took it to Shaker Hts Rite Dry Cleaners. I loved how easy and convenient it is to drop off clothes 24/7! I had a question to ask regarding the garment/ zipper fix, but all I had to do was use the assistance phone button at the kiosk and within a few seconds I was able to speak with a real associate who answered my questions.
I got a text message when my item was ready for pickup and was able to pick it up and pay at the kiosk late after work when most other places would be closed! So amazing, thank you for your excellent service and attention to customer needs!

I wanted to love this place!
The first items I dropped off were done fine(only bc they barely needed a cleaning) but a pair of my jeans were not cleaned upon pickup so I left them there. It was EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with someone, I even waited an hour before. After a few weeks someone finally answered, said they’d “re-clean” the jeans and get back with me. Never called! A week after that I received a text saying they were ready, upon arrival I noticed the same issue with the jeans. I didn’t even bother to reach out for a refund. They can have it, but I’ll never go back there again.

Dropped off my suede jacket under the impression it was a $14 dry cleaning, get my item back after over a week and get slapped with a $50 bill—and worse, after paying it, the item wasn’t even cleaned at all. Still was exactly as messy as it was beforehand. Don’t understand what the $50 was for?? Disappointed, won’t return for sure

Great experience with Rite Dry Cleaners! First time there and was skeptical about their automated drop off/pick up service, but it was super easy, and my large throw blanket came back clean and fresh! Price was much cheaper than I thought it would be. Highly recommend!

All highly rated reviews 5-8 years old. I also used to frequent this laundry years ago. Back then, it was ok for dropping off my shirts. Yesterday, I went back for the first time in a while and my results were horrendous.  I dropped off a new white shirt. I wore it literally one time and it had no stains at all. I only dropped it off to avoid neck yellowing. But what I got back was an utter surprise. Somebody dropped nasty brown-grey stains right onto the collar. It’s shocking. Also the collar surface is scratched like someone was trying to scratch their newly caused stains off the collar.  It looks completely destroyed. See the attached photo for yourself. I texted this photo and a message to them right from the pickup locker (see picture). Haven’t gotten a response back from them. Still waiting to hear back.

The best way to describe my experience at this location is, "neighborhood feel with big city convenience!!"  The service at this location is outstanding.  Cassandra and Janice take customer service to the next level.  They know their regular customers by name and phone number.  And to top that off they are always  reminding me when my promotions and coupons are available to use, or if they are about to expire.  It is so nice to have such friendly service from a company that has been local for many years.  So delighted I found them when we moved to Shaker from  Cedar Rapids, IA.

I absolutely love this location!! The employees are so personable and friendly!! Janice has my order pulled by the time I walk in the door when I’m pulling up!! Seriously that is great customer service!! BONUS when she has the time to chat it is always good conversation!! This was the first Dry cleaning  service I used when we moved to Shaker Hts 3 yrs ago and because of the exceptional service I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!!  Thank you for taking great care of us!!!

Cassandra and Janice are the best.  When they see me coming, they get my order out.  They have great attention to detail and they know their customers by name.  Your items are always ready when promised! I could do home delivery, but then I wouldn't get to see them!!

Casandra and Janice give superb service at his location.  They greet me politely, and pull laundry that I'm picking up when they see my car and before I walk in the door!  They even have helped me to my car with my clothes periodically to save me an extra trip.  My only issue with this location from time to time has related to stains that come out of nowhere at the laundry itself or stains that only get removed, but then ARE removed, after I've sent an item back three times.  Casandra and Janice both have been strong advocates for me and helped to resolve the issue.  That's just one professional service that has led me to continue as a customer since 1984.
