They didn't wash the clothes properly at all. The clothes are still very dirty.

Like any dry cleaner they occasionally get things wrong. The problem with Tide is that with the one off, it’s a battle or a hassle to get resolution. The quality of cleaning is good but on the two occasions that I have had an issue since they opened (one shirt with a piece of plastic burned in and a pair of pants with a simple issue and solution) it required many phone calls and visits. The point is that all is well except customer service. The staff are nice and polite but there is a disconnect when management needs to be involved

I love this location.  Gina always greets me with a smile.  Gina is also very helpful anytime I have a question.  They always do a very good job with my clothing.  I don’t take my clothes anywhere else!  They do an excellent job and they have exceptional customer service!  Gina is just the best !

We’ve been using Tide Cleaners about once per week for years, and it’s always a great experience.  Friendly staff, fast turnaround, no quality issues.

UPDATED AT BOTTOM:
As a preface, I have had quite a few articles of clothing cleaned at this establishment - all with great results. However, all it takes is one screw up to convince anyone to never return to a dry cleaner again.
Over a month ago, I took a football kit similar to the picture to be dry cleaned (it says dry cleaning recommended, or else I wouldn't have bothered). I was told within a few days of dropping off my shirt that it was damaged. OK, that is a bummer, but I was also told to hang tight and that someone from upper management would contact me.

It has been 6 weeks, and I am still waiting on an appropriate response or compensation for the damage. I have had to call personally twice to reach Francene (I apologize, but I am blanking on your last name) only to receive a voicemail. Not only was this not supposed to be my job because I entrusted them with my property, but it is also horribly unprofessional to leave me on the hook for this long.

I will be considering small claims court in this instance because I presume my shirt to be "stolen." You have lost a customer and many more. Please contact me so we can rectify this matter before that next step. Thank you

Update - Francene called after posting this review and is working to rectify this issue. To the reply below, either the owner sadly had the wrong number, or your attempts at reaching me were abjectly false. I received one phone call informing me of the damage to the item and to wait for upper management. FURTHERMORE, I went in not once, not twice, but three times inquiring about next steps and then was finally given the customer service number to reach Francene. All interactions I had with in-store employees were respectful and professional.

dry cleaning is always pricey but if you have nice clothes and you want them done right this is the place for you.  they have given great care to all of our garments.  they also have gotten out terrible stains!  Thank you

Cheap price (which makes sense for the service they provide), but honestly, for the service and the hassle of running around, you should go literally anywhere else.
They had us come back 3 times, she said that they put starch in the sleeves to clean them cool why are my sleeves now white and gray, we had them clean them again, the sleeves are good, but this time it's  all over the suit jackets themselves. Very poor service. Again, skip the hassle and the headache and just go anywhere else. Also, they had us pick them up from some random factory they work with and not even the store.

Each time I've gone to this cleaners, I've received the clothing back in a poor quality manner. The first time, the dress shirts had large creases down the front of them from being pressed poorly. The second time, there were big brown starch stains on the dress shirts. When I asked the lady who handed me my clothes upon pick up if this means that the clothing isn't checked for quality before the job is finished, she replied "yes that is what it means to me". The prices may be good, but the quality of the job is poor.
