Brought pants in to be taken up an inch. Girl took the pants after taking my name and phone # and right away started helping next customer with my pants in hand.  I waited for a couple of minutes and after she completely ignored me i asked do you need anything else from me,  do I get a ticket and how long will it take?  She still ignored me. A man in the corner said "it will take about a week and we will call you."  I said thank you and left.  2 and 1/2 weeks later I did not hear from them.  Yes I could have called them but I wanted to see if they would make good on what they told me.  Got tired of waiting and went in to get the pants.  Asked why they didn't call and she said "Oh they forgot to put down to call.  😮😮  I will never use them again.

They have never failed me and Abel is Damn good boss they have respect and everyone that works there is so amazing they work in the winter and fall and summer! Its so hot in there most of the people that have a bad review wouldn't even understand how hot it is with all those pressers going in the back....

I used this business for a while until they started losing our clothes I would even have them write down the number of shirts that I brought in and still still would come up missing. Until today, I had not previously had any issues with the Round Up Cleaners in Duncan, Oklahoma. I arrived at the store at 12:56 PM on Saturday, May 24. The store closes at 1 PM. The door was locked and the worker inside saw me and shook her head that she would not open the door. I got my phone and held it up to the door to show her it was now 12:57 PM. She still shook her head and wouldn’t open the door. iPhones have an atomic clock, which is not incorrect like the clock on her wall might have been. . This is unacceptable customer service. If a patron arrives before the closing time and the service will take no longer than a minute to complete the transaction, the business should provide the service.

My friend is a rodeo organizer. Last week, he had a rodeo planned, which was rained out. On Monday we went to Crutches where he bought two fairly pricey shirts for the rodeo. Immediately afterwards, we took the shirts to Roundup in Duncan to be cleaned and pressed for the rodeo on Saturday ( 15th). As the rodeo was rained out, he didn't really worry about picking them up until today ( 17th). The brand new, never worn, still has the pricetag on it white shirt he bought was BURNED. When he brought this to the attendants attention he was told, "There's nothing I can do". So, we are contacting the Better Business Bureau and I am warning everyone I know to NEVER take their cleaning here. Oh, and while we were there, another lady who was there before we arrived discovered they had completely lost her entire order.

Called right when this business opened to ask if they could press a shirt and was told no, when I attempted to ask a follow up question I was hung up on. I would not recommend using a dry cleaner that cannot and does not return your items clean and pressed.

The lady who works there verbally assaulted my wife 2 times.
