First time to frequent this laundromat and while entering the whole place smelled like marijuana.  Although it was fairly clean, there were quite a few “out of order” machines!  I put my clothes in the washers and sat down.  A bit later the smell was so bad I had to walk outside.  I only had to go here to wash and dry my comforters as my washer is broken.  I will never go again!!

This laundromat has a total of 44 machines. 30 washers and 14 dryers. Which is absurd. Also, there were 6 washers out of service and 4 dryers out of service. So out of the 44 machines, only a total of 34 were available. This tells me that this places isn't serviced often.

This place also has 1 bathroom that's shared between males and females, however, the toilet was clogged and overflowed. So then entire time I was there, neither I, my daughter, or my 9 month pregnant wife, were able to use the bathroom. Not to mention the other 15 people that were here. We had to go up and down the strip to ask to use the bathroom.

Lastly, simply because there's over double the amount of washers that there are dryers AND a number of machines were out of service, there were a lot of people sitting with clothes in a washer just waiting on a dryer. This has been the worst experience I've ever had using a laundromat.

The place is kept clean. The machines work great. The oversized washers are $5.00 but you get at least 2 maybe 3 loads done. The oversized dryers are amazing. The first time I used it, I put more time than needed and was able to have another patron take over with 20 minutes and my clothes were still warm when I got home.

Welcome to Dale's wash house, where finding an available dryer has become an Olympic sport! With over 2 dozen washers and only 8 working dryers, it's such a challenge to get a machine. If there's a few people doing laundry, you may have to wait upwards of an hour just to use a dryer. Very frustrating. Not to mention the second part of the laundry Olympics is to try to dodge all the trash left behind all over the floor. If you make it past those 2 rounds, there's 2 beat up black leather couches in the back that you can take a load off on, but only recommend if you're up to date on all your vaccinations. What a joke this place is!

Balfurd Cleaners

My jacket needed a new zipper and I took the coat to Balfurd Cleaners on February 3rd. I was told I could pick the jacket up on February 24th. I got an email from Balfurd saying my coat was ready on February 12th! The new zipper look good and worked perfect.

Both associates were very pleasant.  This was my first time as a customer under bew ownership.  I was told it could be up to two weeks.  Item was done is less than one.  Price was very fair.  Will definitely be a return customer.

My experience with Monarch's has always been wonderful.  They do the best job with my clothes.  I am always satisfied with how good they look when I pick them up.

Just today, I hung up my new living room curtains that I sent to Monarch's to be washed and pressed last week.  They look beautiful.

I avail myself of their free pick up/delivery service.  That is a bonus for Monarch customers.

This was my first visit to Balfurd...and I was pleased with the service.  I don't need the service too often, but when I do I will be back!!  I was told my item would be ready Fri, but Thurs I got a text telling me it was ready.  Perfect!!  Thank you Balfurd.

PS  I used to rent a couple entrance rugs from Balfurd for many years (even when it was D&M Linen) at my beauty shop.  I am retired 10 years now, but I had dealt with Balfurd and was pleased even back then
