Had excellent service and clothes were done when promised.

They did a solid job with my blazer.  However, retrieving it took me a couple weeks, because they were never open when they said they would be.

The ticket they give you for your garment has letterhead listing their hours from 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday with Saturday hours as well, from 9AM - 4PM.

This is different than the website that lists the hours as being from 7AM - 7PM Monday to Friday and 9AM - 4PM on Saturday.

However, neither was correct.  I showed up 3 separate times to find the store closed, twice during the week and once on Saturday.  It's fine if they have limited hours, but they need to accurately convey those hours to the customers, so that we do not incorrectly arrange our days only to find the doors locked.

The actual hours seem to be 9AM - 4PM Monday to Friday, closed all weekend.

I love Capital Cleaners! They have served our family well for many years.  We have used their alteration services, sewing patches on military uniforms, dry cleaning everything from suits to draperies, land laundering dress shirts.  They have always done a fabulous job!  I just picked up my draperies and they turned out beautifully!!!
I see that they do UGGS cleaning, too!  While I don't own a pair, I know a lot do.  They are expensive boots, so why not get them cleaned.
I can't speak high enough of them!  I really appreciate then!  I also love their genuine hometown tires!!
I know it sounds like I'm related or being paid but I am not. They are kind people who over and beyond and I just want to make sure they are recognized for it!

Horrible.  Not only did it take a long time for us to get our order back but the gentlemen was rude and demeaning all the while blaming their mistake on my husband (a disabled vet who is well aware of the direction patches should face) and wanted to charge me to fix it. Will never go there again after such horrible customer service.

Best laundromat in town, the owners are super nice and accommodating. The price is great and it’s 24/7. People tend to trash it, but the staff keep it clean. I hope they continue to do well!

First time there and loved it. Location is very nice for us rural people who don't want the hassle of going in town. It's also very nice not having to worry about shady people just hanging around for no reason, like in town.
The Prices are very good for the big washers. Didn't check the little ones (we had alot of laundry)
The dryer prices might seem high. But they run for almost half hour and get nice and hot. One run dried all my jeans in the big dryer, and towels in the other. The entire place was VERY clean, not nasty and dirty like ones in town. Also very quiet, no yappy television with crap like the view on, nor any bratty unparented kids left to destroy the place.  I'm thankful they had a broom sitting nearby. My husband had jeans with nasty grass clippings and dirt that got all over the floor. Didn't want to be a slob and leave a mess.  Highly recommend the place and we'll be going back.

Cleanest laundromat in Butler hands down. Not overpriced, brand new machines. Multiple different size machines to help you maximize your time and money. They’re working on installing AC for the summer but on an 80 degree day like today it stayed pretty cool despite not having AC yet.

They have an ATM, Coin Machine, vending machine with snacks and drinks, bathroom, and even a small Skills Game room. Owner’s are very nice people, feel free to chat with them when you stop in!

I was able to wash, dry, and fold 2 months worth of laundry safely and comfortably in a matter of a couple hours.

Machine prices are comparable to the other laundromats I’ve used around the area. Would like to see a debit/credit card option. Vending machines are very reasonably priced.

Horrible experience.
Too many kids.
Pushing each other in the laundry carts. Getting INTO the wash machines.
Wanted to use tables, but their Mom, or whoever she was, had kids sitting on the tables, and their food all spead out on the table tops.
Not really the businesses fault, but some monitoring needs to be done.
Also, it was listed as a Dexter Pay laundromat, but there were no signs with the store number posted so that option can be used.
