I have never gotten any clothing dry cleaned before, but with a speech coming up I wanted to look my best. All the clothing I sent came back looking and smelling great. At the time I dropped my clothing off I had forgotten that my over shirt had lost its button, and the button was still in my wallet. When i got the shirt back there was a new button sewn on. I have no idea if that kind of repair is normal, but it absolutely made my day. Eagle cleaners has made a life long customer today.

I have brought full suits, shirts and lab coats to this store for the last 8 months without any challenges. Their invoicing system is easy to use and dropoff/pickups are easy. I really can't say nought good things about my experience. They were even able to repair a suit yes that I had with a few missing buttons. convenient locations and friendly staff. Thankful for this store!

One year update: over the last year, I have taken everything here, including three piece suits, many dress shirts, lab coats, and a few full length dresses and they have never missed. It’s quite possibly the most consistent customer care experience I’ve had from any single location in any business. I can’t really give more than a five star, but I do wanna say thanks!

Okay, excellent service right off the bat. I'm from out of town (WAY out of town), and I needed dry cleaning ASAP. My work takes me everywhere, for which they were accommodating on time for a rush order.

Not only that, I told them I'd be there around a certain time, I was, and they got me it even earlier than they predicted. If you can't handle communicating what you want, look at yourself first because this place was incredibly reasonable on price and time.

Buddy and his team saved me out of a bind today -  I traveled into the area for a wedding (from Texas) in stroudsburg. Coincidentally, there was a massive winter storm that was going on today.

I work a rigorous travel schedule and did not have time to get my tuxedo set pressed and cleaned before hopping on my flight.

It took me longer to get to Clarks Summit from Moscow (due to the storm) than it took Eagle Cleaners to clean my suit (barely an hour), and it looks awesome!

The team there empathized with my scenario and took extremely good care of me. If it wasn’t for them, I would have had to buy a new suit in the morning.

The prices surprised me - it was much cheaper than I would have thought. I tipped the team a little bit due to their efforts and the owners credited their team with some kind words.

The facility itself is extremely clean and organized, despite being insanely busy considering the absurd weather.

I strongly encourage everybody to give this team a shot. They clearly care tremendously about their customers and service models.
