This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with dry cleaning. I had my wedding dress altered there... only needed a hook and eye moved. Was told to come get it on a Thursday afternoon.  I called that Thursday morning and they hadn't even started it yet!!! Finally picked it up. Went back two-days after my wedding to have it cleaned and preserved since I had been given a coupon for the service.  Dropped the dress off. Was told it would take about two weeks. So I paid and left. Two days later I received a call asking for permission to LAUNDER my dress since the tag says no dry cleaning. I was told it was the same price and they just needed me to ok it. A month goes by and still no word. So I call them and they have no idea what I'm asking for. They thought my dress was being altered not preserved. And was eventually (after at least 10 minutes of them trying to figure out what dress I was talking about) told they were waiting on wedding boxes and could not give an estimate on when it would be finished but they would call me. I called again this morning 10 days after the previous call. They still had no estimate on when my dress would be done as they had just placed the order for more boxes. I asked for a refund of the preservation and I would pick up my dress tomorrow.  The woman just kept saying this is why they don't give a time to pick up because there is no telling how long it will take... Even though I was told two weeks when I dropped the dress off. And now that my receipt has been explained... I was charged 90 Dollars for them to LAUNDER my dress. Not even to dry clean it  just to LAUNDER it!!! Mind you this dress was extremely simple.  Two layers to it and a very simple top. The only reason it was categorized as a wedding gown is because it was white. The woman I dropped it off with even said there wasn't anything to it. Needless to say I will be going in tomorrow and demanding to speak with the owner for an explanation. And picking my dress up to have it preserved elsewhere. I will not be using this shop again (which is sad because I have been using it for the last 15 years) And I will not he recommending it ever again. I would have left less stars but 1 is the minimum.

I have always had fantastic service here, especially with tailoring. Very reasonable prices for this almost lost art. Will always recommend.

Nice, clean place. Washers run great. I would give them 5 stars, but there's no sink to wash your hands if u get detergent or whatever on them. There are no paper towels to clean up spills either.

Walked in at 9:00 p.m. the website says that they close at 11:00. As soon as I walked in with a very nasty demeanor I might add, was given the snide remark of I'm not going to be able to wash my clothes since they close at 10:00. That would give me an entire hour to do laundry.

So I told the attendant, owner or whoever they may be that it only takes about 25 minutes to wash and 7 to 14 to dry which would absolutely give me enough time to do my laundry. 9:30 rolls around and was told that I was not going to be able to dry my clothes and that I would have to take my clothes home wet because by that point there wouldn't have been enough time when in all reality there was. Still I even ended up breaking up my loads of laundry into smaller loads so that I knew for certain that they would dry quicker. Which cost more to do as a favor on the behalf of very rude people, I might also add. All the while the attendant sitting in her chair giving me the dirtiest looks shaking her head in disapproval. First off the website says that they close at 11:00 not 10:00 and second off I was out with 2 minutes to spare all while hearing nasty comments on my way out the door. Absolutely terrible customer service probably the worst that I've ever had there.

They even fired somebody who worked there, a younger lady, for letting people stay to finish up their laundry until quarter after 10:00. Absolutely despicable service and people.

Normally, I’d be giving this place a great review, as I used to enjoy using this laundromat. But that is no longer the case..I always washed laundry in the evening. Never dried my clothes, just washed them . I would dry my clothes at home. Anyways, they say they’re open until 11, but yet I had some rude, unprofessional mean lady kick me out at 9:58!! Now, if I wanted to wash & dry my clothes, I’d understand, but I only wanted to wash them, I would’ve been done at 10:28!! Again, they’re supposed to be open until 11... this old woman was highly unprofessional, and very rude. I can’t believe she treats customers this way. I will only come to this place, on a Saturday or Sunday night , when the nice cleaning lady is there. She is the one who told me, if your not drying your clothes & you’ll be done by the time we close ( which is 11), then I have no reason to care . I’m still in shock that I was treated so horribly. Extremely unprofessional

Its very clean.. Machines are new... And the new owners is doing a great job of updating everything.. I'm not a PA skills player. They have 3 of them. Best time to go is at 8am. No one is there. They own the one in East end also. Not a huge fan of that one. But all and all Great job new owners on the one on 3rd Street. You have my business.

Came in at 8:15pm carol the cleaning lady came runing around the corner giving me shit about being there to late. says there open till 10 pm online. she wants outta there buy 9pm. i didnt take her rude way about handleing the situation so she told me never to come back. same people that own railroad street laundry as well.

Awful!  Had to go there because the ine in town was too busy.   Machines didn't spin out right...and no, I didn't overload.   If anything they weren't loaded enough.  I worked for 10 minutes to get the machines to take the quarters, they kept getting stuck.   When I got my clothes from the machine they were wet enough to drip and still had soap on them.   And no, I didn't use too much soap.   2 pods for a 2 load washer.   Both of the laundromat in town don't give you enough water to wash.   For my money...I'll go to the Melillo laundromat in Dubois.   More money , and a drive....but less frustration , clean clothes, and plenty of water!

Horrible they close at 11pm. I put my clothes in the dryer at 935 and the lady working made me take them out and said she had to leave!! And they close at 11. So I took my wet clothes home. I never do my laundry outside of home but i was in the middle of Renovating. Thank god I wont be back!! Place is filthy also. People just hanging around for fun. Scary and shady for sure!!!

Nice place, always clean. Just wish they still had the restaurant open , it sucks having to hold it til your laundry is done or have to leave to go to Sheetz and come back. Especially for those that have their children with them.

Got 3 newish washers plus others and the normal driers.  $3.0 for regular wash 3.50 extra wash 4.0 extra wash and spin.   $1.0 per dryer and $.25 for every 6 mins after the $1.00.  there's a machine for dryer sheets and tide + fabric softener for $1.0.    soda vending machine outside for $.75 and candy/chips vending machine inside.  Don't think there's much else.  Normal laundry matt. Gets packed on Sunday afternoon sometimes and Friday nights sometimes.  I usually do the extra wash and about $1.50 in the drier.  So usually costs me about $3.50 per load then $1.50 to dry and I can get about a load and a half (ha) sometimes 2 loads in the drier.    Hope that's enough info...
