I've used this company in my home. They came in and cut my whole kitchen out and bathroom. While telling me this is coverd.  "We wouldn't do this if it wasn't covered". Is what they kept telling me.   Today I get a call turns out nothing is covered.   NOTHING is covered !! I will never ever use this company ever again.  And I worked for them in NYC don't use Servpro!!

I called Servrpro after our office in Morgantown was flooded after a storm.  They told me when I called that they required a "deposit" of $5,000 in order for anyone to come out.  They showed up the same day, placed multiple fans throughout the building.  Knowing someone who has previously worked in the industry, they advised me that fans should be about 10 feet apart.  Ours were right on top of each other.  Servpro also told me that it would be classified as a Category 3 - which means that sewage water was definitely present; Category 2 means that they are uncertain if sewage was present.  The Servrpo rep told us that he wasn't sure.  So, they classified it as a Cat 3 and I can only assume it's because it is much more expensive.  They also charge you by the fan per day; so if they place more fans than they need, it means more money for Servpro.  Their mantra of "like it never happened" is a complete joke.  They removed about 6 inches of dry wall and baseboards throughout the office and had no intention of repairing it and told us that they don't do that.  We were on our own to find a different contractor.  The rep told us that they would be sending a "cleaning" crew the day after they removed the fans.  That crew did not show up.  We called their office and they stated that "no one told them."  To top it all off, we got a final bill, which was not itemized at all, and were told they would send us an itemized bill, to date we have not received it. Do these pictures look like it never happened?

Serve pro is absolutely wonderful to work with. The guys showed up on time, was very respectful of my home, and got the job done. They are just so nice to work with.  My basement is clean, dry and ready for build back. Don't go anywhere else but Serve Pro.

When looking for a carpet cleaner, I would not have thought of this company, but a friend recommended  it and they as fantastic! from the quote down to the cleaning,  my carpet looked great...

Workers of servepro were prompt, genuine and most of all very professional and knowledgeable about the problems going on in my basement. Would highly recommend.

This place needs updated. Very pricey for a meal washer. You’re better off using the large washers if doing multiple loads. Washers are not cleaned regularly. Honestly I’m giving 2 stars just for accessibility purposes only.

Having to use a laundromat..  and this place is filthy. Half of the machines have red tape over them, the other half don’t work correctly and the company has speed metal blaring on the stereo. Not real impressed with this place. Will NOT be a patron here again. Drive to another town instead. Gross.

Plenty of washing machines and dryers to use. Price is reasonable.

If you want the laundromat with the least amount of working machines, this is the place. 10+ machines not working, some with out of order signs, some do not. On more than one trip I've had to redo a load because a machine failed at the end of my load. So spend another 3.50 or more, and another half hour or more of your day to redo your laundry.

The hours of the laundromat are bad, but the worst part is they don’t even usually stay open til then.  The worker will lock the door so no one else can get in before it’s even time for the last wash.  Makes it impossible for people that work to do laundry after school.  At least stick to the hours you have posted!!!
