Wow!  If you're short on time: go elsewhere.  Seriously!  Bathroom was a wreck.  Thankfully there was TP and paper towels but I had to use my laundry soap to wash my hands.  Brown spots and smears on floor.  What do you think they are?   Lots of machines out of order and coin only.  Mostly single loaders with a handful of larger ones.  Super dusty and dirty.  Feel bad for the owner(s) because this is a great location.  A solid cleaning, and daily/weekly cleaning, and an update and this place would shine.  Got to remember to take off my shoes before entering home and cleaning them.

I visit every 2 weeks to do my work laundry. It seems that every time, I have one machine fail... after money is deposited. I realize that there is a number posted to text/call to report problems or request refund, but over $.50 - $1.00 seems like a hassle. Dryers won't start, won't heat up, washers don't add enough water to get clothes soapy and wet, spin cycle leaves clothes dripping wet. These are some of the issues that I've had personally. On my last visit, there were at least a dozen machines tagged "out of order."
I travel the extra distance to Richland because they have plenty of machines and you get more drying time for your quarter, but now they seem to be no better than the establishments in Nanty Glo and Ebensburg.

I really love this place for the prices and the owner being responsive if an issue occurs unlike *westmont* but the lady cleaning up today was rude because I put my basket on the new "very expensive" tables. I like the upgrades but she was rude to not only me but others about it. I think i am gonna try out elsewhere.

Really needs a good cleaning in there the bathrooms have years of pee on the floor and poop don’t bring your kids if you can the machine needs to be clean too but it would be a nice place if they keep up with it honestly please choose your washer and dryer carefully (make sure it’s clean)

This used to be a good place to do laundry but not any more. Most of the washers do not work. Some will eat your quarters, others never run a spin cycle. The dryers work half the time but sometimes don't even heat up at all. The place is dirty and poorly maintained for being one of the most expensive I have been to..

Cleanest laundromat near Westmont lol I moved here over a year ago & couldn’t find a good (or clean) laundromat until this place opened!

Came here months ago, shortly after they opened :) & the owners / staff are so nice. They gave me a tour of the facility, showing me the machines and how to work them, showed me the laundry card that you can load with cash/card, etc

The woman who owns this facility is very business minded, friendly and clean! If I could, I'd give her and her facility unlimited stars! She always comes in to say hi and see if you need anything, she accepts SO many forms of payment, and keeps it very clean! The equipment works perfectly!

This is a pretty sorry laundromat. Extremely dirty, machines are not maintained, the atm is out of service and instead of fixing it, the owner installed slot machines. The only reason I’m giving an extra star is because it’s the only laundromat around open late.

I go here all the time. The washers arnt always working and a couple of them are out of order and its dirty, but people seriously need to clean up their mess when they are done! So, it is not just solely on the owner its on the people who come do laundry and leave their mess behind!

My clothes didn’t even get washed.

I visited this laundromat recently, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I used three different washing machines at this laundromat, and none of them had water running through, which meant my clothes were essentially just tumbling dry without being washed. There was no staff available to assist, and to make matters worse, there was no number to call for assistance. The place itself looked worn down, and some machines had out-of-order signs.

When I told the owner that the machine wasn’t dispensing water, he responded with an angry attitude. Instead of offering help or a solution, he was rude and dismissive. I won’t be coming back.

It's dirty and half of the time machines are out of order. There is no door to the bathroom. Recently the water to the sink in the bathroom was turned off.

Would you guys ever consider selling your laundromat

I've been taking my clothes to Dura Dry Cleaners for a while now, and I appreciate the convenience and reliability they offer. As a long-time dry cleaning business in the area, they have a reputation for getting the job done. The staff is friendly, and the facility is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to drop off their laundry. While I've had some mixed experiences, I believe they have the potential to provide great service and get my clothes looking their best.

Did not have the time to check all my garments upon picking them up, my fault; however, upon inspection when I got home, the one garment I dropped off was clearly washed with clothing of someone who has a dog or cat (neither of which I own). The article of clothing will either have to be recleaned or lint rolled/picked at until I get all the hair out. I am extremely disappointed as the rest of my clothes appear to be fine.

I dropped off some pants and a tie to get cleaned. They had some spots from a wedding and I pointed them out to emphasize cleaning them. The guy (owner?) didn't even note them, but I shrugged it off since he's older and figured he knows what he's doing. When I picked them up, one stain was clearly still there, right on the front of the pants (it's larger too), and doesn't even look like it was touched. I asked "did that stain not come out?" And he quickly replied, "oh I have no clue" and shrugged me off. Unprofessional response to not even care to look, and how would you not know? You don't inspect things after you clean them? I just paid to avoid the conflict, but I'll never do dry cleaning there again.

UPDATE: Going somewhere else to have them looked at because there was a simple (though large) water stain on the tie and that was only lightened and didn't even come out. A water spot?
