Olde Firehouse Laundry

I've been patronizing Olde Firehouse Laundry for several years. (Minus the period it was closed due to a fire) it's kept as clean as they can. It's the customers who leave their dryer sheets on the floors and tables and in general who create the problem
I've been there when an employee or the owner is cleaning & they're very thorough and conscientious towards the job they're doing. I love that there's a sink w/hot water is available! It's nice to be able to rinse my hands after pouring my laundry detergent!
It's extremely convenient for me. I don't drive anymore and they're just up the road from my house. I just load up my cart and walk up the road and I'm there w/in 5 minutes! It's normally not overly crowded and I've only ever had one incident with a misbehaving child (the little stinker stepped into my basket onto my clean & folded clothes lol)doing laundry has always been 1 of those chores that we can't stand.
At least I can go to Olde Firehouse Laundry and be in a clean, quiet,somewhat affordable & pleasant atmosphere to do my dreaded laundry!

This place used to be amazing. Pizza was delicious. Never had a long wait. Drive thru always looked long but I never got that. I was smart and ordered ahead on the app so that way my food would be ready by the time I got there. Unfortunately this place is no longer open. I don't know what happened but the shut down outta nowhere. The next closest mod pizza is in lancaster or harrisburg. Oh and their salad are to die for

So far all times I’ve visited it’s been clean and non bothersome. Prices are great compared to where we live. Only complaint is the lack of bathroom. As a woman and having small children this is hard bc I don’t like to leave my things. So we adapt. But otherwise I highly recommend this place. I drive thirty mins to come here.

Would have given 5 stars but they have issues of late with homeless people camping out.I came in yesterday at 6:30 and one guy is camped out up front another near the change machine and another at the folding area before the back section.
I was in to do laundry Sunday June 9 2024 there is still the Camping out problem  that needs to be addressed

I used to come here every week to do my loads of laundry. I've never spent the less time I've took at this laundromat anywhere else. When you arrive early you can tell that it really needed to be cleaned from the previous day of customers who treat this lovely laundromat like it's their home with their trash. The washing machines don't cost much to wash your clothing. It doesn't take much to even dry them. Actually, the dryers heredry your clothing faster then anywhere else.

Camelot Cleaners

They were clueless and it takes days to get your stuff back.
You have to pay at drop off. So if you don't like what you receive in services. They don't care-you already paid!

I brought five pieces in Wednesday. I really needed them rushed and the staff was very gracious to me. Prices are incredibly reasonable and my clothing looks great! Will be a loyal customer. Thank you Camelot of Lebanon!

While we are not local , have to travel a bit, it is more than worth the trip to use Camelot Cleaners. The service is phenomenal!! I was a bit leary when the ownership changed, but the service hasn't changed at all! The new owner is just as wonderful as the previous one.
Quick story, last time we dropped off over 21 pieces, while checking in all our stuff, the owner found money in my husband's pants pocket and immediately returned it (it was quite a bit $$$). Today when I went to pick it all up.  He let me know he found more money in another pants pocket as he was cleaning it . He had it attached to one of the pieces in a plastic bag!

Terrible service
I took a tuxedo to clean in October, returned without the suit bag. Denied losing it. (never located, had to purchase replacement$$$)
I took a second chance, returning in December, and this time it was returned WITHOUT BUTTONS on the shirt! (no notice that they lost them... It wasn't until we went to use the shirt 2 months later that it was discovered)
They denied losing them.  Insisted we lost them. (we ended up using the shirt with last minute borrowed buttons, so they insisted the shirt was usable upon return.. Which it was not) Why would I complain if they were returned? Who sends back a shirt without buttons?
Wouldn't trust them with any article of clothing or otherwise. Its a shame the business has gone so far downhill with the new management

Advertised open at 0700, workers roll up to the building at 0710, are incredibly rude as if I’m inconveniencing them. I ask if items needing cleaned will be ready on Friday or Saturday (on a Tuesday, 3-4 day turn around) and he responds rudely “I don’t know.” No thank you. I’ll take  my business elsewhere. He mumbles something rude as I walk out the door.

A pretty typical laundromat with a variety of machine sizes. The prices are similar to other area laundromat. There are two change machines, a "soap center," and a snack machine. There is a Rite Aid pharmacy next door, too.

Be careful and watch the street signs as a one-way street ends at this corner.

There is ample parking for passenger vehicles, though larger vehicles (like RVs) might have a tough time if the place is busy. If not busy, you can likely fit a moderately sized rig along the curb.

Love coming here to do laundry it's always clean never never have issues with the change

Terrible! $6.75 washer shimmied and shakes out of balance the entire spin cycle. Clothes were almost dripping when I took them out. No one there. No help at all. Huge puddle in the middle of the place should have been sign enough to find another place

They have tons of varying size washers and dryers . But never has the bathroom ever been open when I've gone. I asked an employee if I could use the restroom (I have IBS and diabetes) she said no. Fair enough dumb people do dumb things in there. But what irritated me was some dude came in 10 mins later and because the employee's friend (also in the store) said it was her neighbor she opened the bathroom right up for him with me still sitting there. Not cool. So if you go, be prepared with a plan incase you have to go.

I've been doing my laundry here for many years unfortunately the homeless people have made it too dangerous and too much trouble to come here. I have to go to another laundry it's a little far away but it's just to bad at Dolly.

Yong's Dry Cleaners

Very terrible experience. Poor customer service. The guy operating the place is very rude and dismissive. I have been taking my work jackets there for almost 3 years and I get hints of rudeness, but I don't make a big deal about it and let it go, but today he made me really upset.
He told me he couldn't get the stains off my collar and I asked him what he will need to get it off, suggesting I will be willing to pay extra if necessary. He said he cannot. I told him I could get the stains off if I took at home, but I wanted the extra service and the ironing.
He pushed my jackets back to me and proceeded to cancel the transaction.
I'm talking about white jackets here, that bleach will do justice to.
He went as far as asking me why I didn't bring my jackets in one at a time. I told him, they were closed by the time I was done seeing patients and working on my notes. He replied by saying "Did they need to change their hours because of me". I have always gone there with 3 or 4 jackets at a time. I took 4 today.
I have to find another dry cleaner.

The staff here is absolutely Wonderful ! They are so friendly and welcoming ! My clothes came back perfectly clean and I also had a pair of pants altered the alterations were done flawlessly and with great attention to detail I’m really impressed with the quality of service and highly recommend this place!

I have taken my suits here a few times. One time, they accommodated a faster cleaning that I needed for a funeral. I saw other reviews that the customer service was bad, but every time I have been in the store, the family that owns and operates the store were extremely nice.

Great experience and expedited dry cleaning if necessary. I’m always last minute when I need to take dress clothes for work trips and these guys got me taken care of.
