I dropped off a men's suit and shirt to be dry cleaned at the Robinson location.  When I went to pick them up, they could only find the shirt.  That evening, the owner searched 2 other locations and eventually found the suit back at the Robinson location.  He personally delivered it to my house that evening!  Great customer service!!

Martinizing Cleaners are quick and effective. I have only taken my suits here over the past two years and always receive them before the estimated-ready date. The staff are friendly and seem connected to the community. While this conversational approach to customer service may add an extra minute or two to the time it takes to leave the cleaners, I find it warm and reminiscent of the local stores I grew up with.

We have been a customer at the Robinson Township Location for a long time. The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent, but the staff that you have working the front desk area needs a lot of work. There’s always a problem with a computer. The person working the computer has no clue what she’s doing and you’ve had this computer for over a year year and a half now I believe but she still Cannot seem to get it right. My husband spent about 20 minutes, picking up a comforter last week that we had a coupon for for 25% We never got the discount. He showed the coupon when he dropped the comforter off and he was told the discount was applied then we went to pick it up and it was not And they were going to give us store credit, but I’m sad to say we will go to a different dry cleaners.

Needed a new dry cleaner and wanted to give this place a try. A couple of issues. The woman I was greeted by at the front desk was upset that I was even coming in to give them business and commented that so many people were coming in this morning when it was rainy. Then, I only had 4 pieces and I was quoted to pick up 5 days later. Almost a week for 2 shirts and a suit jacket and pants. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I love the art deco storefront.  I think this store front should be preserved forever.  Love having a reason to visit this place.  good prices and excellent service and all that stuff.... just having a reason to visit this storefront makes me happy.  When visitors are in from out of town, take  them to pick up the dry  cleaning.  They will be impressed.

New to town and needed somewhere to wash, dry and fold a bunch of clothes that were thrown into a suitcase.  I’ve seen this dry cleaner before once when I passed through town and decided to try them. IM SO GLAD I DID. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome (that’s rare nowadays) and when I picked them up they were perfectly cleaned and folded as if they were brand new! QUALITY is right! So glad I found this Gem of a business.  Will be taking my business here from now on. So grateful I had the opportunity to see how wonderful this place is!
