A tale of multiple tries...
My wife dropped off a white linen jacket to be cleaned.  She had work it to a wedding and ended up with multiple spots on the lapel and the sleeve.  The spots were noted and identified when the jacket was initially dropped off.

The first time it was returned, the spots were lightened but still plainly visible.  Our assumption is that they were not pretreated at all prior to the cleaning process.  We requested that it be returned and again all the spots were identified and marked with safety pins and/or yellow tape.

The second time it was returned, all the spots were gone except for one black streak on the sleeve.  Again it was marked and returned.

The third time was the charm as they say.  All the spots were gone and the jacket was in good condition all things considered.

We appreciate their willingness to redo the item 3 times, however, it really should have been taken care of the first time.  For that reason we gave them the 4 star rating.

We will continue to use there services in the future.

Absolutely love Model, not only do they do a fantastic job dry cleaning but their alterations are next level. I had them alter a dress literally shorten one side for a wedding and it came out perfect! They even quoted me a 7 day return it was finished in 3 days. I cannot guarantee the quickness but I can guarantee their quality!

Staff at the McMurray location is always friendly and easy to work with. Quality job on the clothing as well. Great experience as always!

I needed a suit dry cleaned for the next day and they were extremely accommodating. Very nice people.

Today is the last time I’ll ever use this company. I had dropped my suit off the day after the last time I wore it last week. I dropped it off on Wednesday, got a text from them on Friday saying our dry cleaning was ready to be picked up. Later that afternoon on Friday, a family member passed away. On their door it says they open at 8am and online it says they open at 8am. This morning, I had a funeral to attend at 8:45am. I got to the store at 7:55 waiting for them to open. Needless to say by 8:05 and no one was I. The parking lot, I had to leave to run home to put on nice clothes that was not a suit, FOR A FUNERAL! I spent about $400/month there that I’ll happily take elsewhere.

If you don’t want to open at 8, change the sign and website. It’s that simple. Lost a loyal customer over this. They’ve lost pieces of clothing in the past and I’ve never raised an issue about it. Things happen, but I’m now late to a funeral because I had to run home to find something decent to wear to a funeral since I didn’t have a suit. That’s unacceptable.

We’re closed when I got there, but lady came out: I am disabled: took my item: got it done for me 1day earlier than promised. Well done

Had a wonderful expirence with getting a thick crochet sweater that was damaged with pen marks. Employee was so sweet said she couldn't guarantee anything but they would try. Sweater looks AMAZING and all the pen marks were able to be removed.  Thank you so much.

Martinis Cleaning do a great job with my clothes and are always so very friendly. They even held one of my shirts for a prolonged period of time when I could not get back to get it!

Don’t go to this place!! They will overcharge you for a service and then not complete it. Said they could do something as simple as get the wrinkles out of tablecloths for my sisters wedding. When she picked them up they looked horrible- and one was actually ruined. They charged $400 and won’t return her phone calls.

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would!!! They were to press tablecloths for my daughter’s wedding so we didn’t have to. Let me say I’m almost positive they did absolutely NOTHING to them. They were still completely wrinkled and they must of RUINED one of them because they took off all the sheen. They looked terrible at my daughter’s special day and on top of it all charged an ASTRONOMICAL PRICE!! Go elsewhere I do NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

I attended a wedding this weekend- and the bride showed me the table cloths that she was charged $400 to have pressed. They were still covered in wrinkles and this place won’t return her phone calls. I’ll be sure to not recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional.
