Easy drop off, great app, quick turnaround - really a great experience all around. I had a peacoat cleaned. The coat smells pleasant but not overly fragrant or like dry cleaning chemicals. No complaints, and I’ll definitely use Tide Cleaners again.

For someone that has never used a fully automated system for dry cleaning there was not too much guidance. After figuring it out and trusting that the multiple items dropped off would be cleaned to their individual needs everything went well. Picking up the garments was super easy and everything was cleaned and pressed properly. Will use this location now for all dry cleaning.

At first I was skeptical about Tide Cleaners but after they dry cleaned two of my jackets, I'm sold on them! They smell fresh, not chemically and are soft and refreshed to feeling new! The kiosks are available 24/7 and the app makes it easy to pay online.  They were also very quick in the turn around process. My jacket was ready within 12 hours!

My wedding dress and my husband’s suit look good as new—and smell amazing too! They’re very efficient, and I’d love to go back for their service.

I quick comment on the level of service at the “automated” service at Tide cleaners.  When I dropped off my trousers, with a nasty stain in them.  Clean and quick to set up and account.  When I marked it as stained, and was having a little issue with getting them bagged up and ready, and attendant came out from the back and greeted me.  She was very kind and told me that it would be longer than a normal dry cleaning because of the stain.  I was very pleased.  My expectations were set, the price was amazing and I truly didn’t know if they would be able to help.  Some time passed, and as expected the date was moved back… as I was told.  After an awhile I enquirer about the garment.  I want to tell you the owner told me he would look into it personally.  Just from coming in and asking for the customer support in the screen.  Right then and there ownership told me that they would have the store manger reach out to me.  Thor gave me a call, the location manger.  We chatted and Thor went above and beyond for me.  I couldn’t be more pleased.  We got everything resolved, and I stopped by for the garment today.  I foolishly went to the wrong kiosk (it is written in the top of the box… I just didn’t  read that…)  I was at the drop off instead of pick up.  Again, when I was floundering, I didn’t have to ask for help. Over the speaker I heard… “Hi, is there something I can help you with?”   I told them I was at the wrong station, and I was OK.  After I followed Thor’s perfect directions, I had my garment.  Not only did I speak with two people from the ownership team, a staff member and several times with the store manger. All for one item.  I know that this is a self service station, but I was never left to struggle.  I am so very pleased with this level of service, the attention to detail, real action and follow up from the owners, management and staff.  Just a wonderful experience.  I don’t do a lot of dry cleaning… I will tell you, I will not be going any place else.  I have to drive past another cleaner, with very competitive prices to get to Tide Cleaners, and I will keep right on to Tide every time.  Good value, great offerings, at good prices.  Nothing in that compares to the service… nothing.  I go out of my way to spoil my guests, and I feel like they have went out of the way to spoil me… I will be back, and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the area to use!  I understand that they also own the location on the other side of the river too.  So give them your business, I can tell you, even with a challenge they are your very best solution for special circumstances, and very day dry cleaning.  No one will care for your garments, or take care of you like Thor, and the hands on ownership of Tide Cleaners.

The staff here is very efficient. I saw a staff member come outside and pick up all of the trash that was on the parking lot. The exterior of the facility is as immaculately clean as the inside. I am extremely impressed.

I came here because the more Laundrymat at Carlisle Pike charge you one dollar to get a card to use the laundry machines. The money machine did not work. The parking lot was very tight and it just was not right for my needs. I will not go back there again.

Shout out to Wendy another staff member that I spoke with. She was very engaging very nice and made me feel warm and welcome. Makes up from the lady that I spoke to when I first came in this morning who barely said two words to me after I said good morning and told her how nice of a facility she this is so Wendy l thank you very much for your l engaging conversation. This laundromat has thought of everything to keep customers coming back.

I wish you could just pay with your card or tap, instead of downloading an app and making an account just to pay if you don't have quarters.

I was so worried about food/cooking oil stains I found on my dress after a fancy dinner. Classic Drycleaners restored my dress perfectly -- even after I had washed AND dried the stains 🤦‍♀️. This company MADE MY DAY. I would reccomend them to anyone :)

Used to be a regular customer for a long.  This week I decided to change.  Many expensive sweaters and quarters all ruined.  I decided to have them dry cleaned so they didn’t shrink in the wash at home…. If you were just going to wash and shrink them anyway why bother.

TLDR: it took almost a month for me to get my curtains back and by the time I did, they were still wrinkled, looking exactly the way they did out of the package. Bonnie has horrible customer service skills and never followed up with me multiple times despite promises to do so. Asked and received a refund.

My curtains were dropped off here around end of October with a request to press only. Picked up, they were stilled wrinkled as though they hadn’t been touched. Also, they hung the curtains on regular wire hangers for clothing lengthwise and then widthwise, which rendered any pressing of the curtains useless due to the extra creases this created.

Curtains were driven back to their shop 11/2, and I called the following week to check whether they could pack the curtains in a different way to avoid putting unnecessary creases. Bonnie said she would check and call me back. A week goes by and no call. I called Wed 11/15, and Bonnie promised to call by Friday 11/17 to check if I can be given a refund because I was fed up. Today is Friday and no call so I reached out only to hear Bonnie *say* she called me and thought she left a message. No calls were received. Nothing but lies and waiting around. Wondering if she’s on drugs / is OK. Received full refund upon request. I can’t believe I waited an extra two days thinking this woman would call lol.

Please think twice before dropping off your items, based on how my curtains look, there is a good chance that they don’t actually service items before returning. They say that they have been in business for many years; so how can they excuse a finished product like this and an employee who does not follow up? Awful all around. Nope. I would pass on this shop.

ZIPS Cleaners

Brought in a custom blouse that was originally made in Africa needed one button adjusted and asked for the blouse to be dry cleaned after it was altered. I came back to two missing buttons and one button that was completely different than the rest of the set. Very disappointed and the seamstress shouted at me saying that she didn’t have any other buttons, even though I had asked before leaving the item with her if she had some that were similar.

I took my wedding dress in with a very large stain on the back and train from almost 25 years ago. It took about three weeks but they made my dress look brand new. I will take all my garments there. Thank you for a beautiful job!

Wow! I am a first-time customer and will never go to another dry cleaner again. The folks at Zips in Mechanicsburg were friendly and professional. The best part is that I turned my suit in on Friday morning and it was done the next day. Thanks Zips!

I would’ve given them a 0 but it wouldn’t let me.
I took three pair of curtains to the zips in Mechanicsburg. I paid $95.40. When I got them home two pair had an area of (PURPLE) in them. The curtains were BLUE with some WHITE. NOT ANY PURPLE!! They would not give me my $95.40 back for the dry cleaning or any money to replace the curtains. This is really bad business!!  100% satisfaction not

Had been using them for a while for my business and I just can't go back, regardless of affordability and turn-around time. This is probably the fourth situation where a magical mystery hole, snag, mark ... or shrunken garment has been returned to me dry-cleaned upon pickup. At first i just thought i might have missed these things, but this time was truly the last. This Italian viscose top is completely ruined. It looks like they threw it in a washer with a bunch of forks and knives. I honestly have no idea what happened. Giving them two stars because i usually drop off 10-20 pieces at a time and have been using them for at least two years with very few issues, considering the amount of clothing. But this......ugh. Don't give them anything terribly delicate and especially don't give them items where the lining is sewed to the shell. When the shell shrinks, the lining does not (this happened to another piece not shown here that i just picked up).

After going back several times a day showing them things that I had to re-iron so that I'm not walking around work with huge, pressed-in creases in my shirts, the production manager told me that their production machine is old and doesn't produce quality. That if I didn't want huge, pressed- in creases in my shirts, I would have to pay $5 extra per shirt and have them hand pressed. The dry cleaners in this area seem more content making excuses than providing quality. I'll just go back to pressing my own shirts. Then I know that they're done right!

I used their wash and fold service while waiting to replace my washing machine. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable. The fold service was absolutely terrible. Our clothes were so badly wrinkled and mishandled that many articles had to be rewashed to remove the wrinkles. On the wash side, a few of our articles came back shrunken and most had an overpowering smell of detergent. Overall, this service got us through a pinch but I probably wouldn't use it again.

Been a loyal customer for 6 years and fairly satisfied with the service.  Once they destroyed a brand new dress shirt, admitted it and compensated me for a replacement.  In August went to pick up my clothes to learn that Seven (7) of my dress shirts were missing.  I've been accused of lying that i picked them up earlier, told they were investigating and told that I would be getting a call from the owner.  The owner has not called me and I'm out 7 shirts and no compensation....guess i have to find a new dry cleaner.

I was a regular until the pandemic happened, almost a decade. I had to try a diffrent dry cleaners as they were closed and since re-opened the hours are diffrent. I have learned that my new dry cleaner, is cheaper, faster, more helpful, and has better hours. Thanks for helping me find a better dry cleaner. I also appreciate how the folks that work the counter are NOT on cell phones, dressed for work, and care.  Dealing with the kids who looked like they just woke up and I was bothering them was old too.

I have been using this cleaner for years. I gave them three stars for that reason, but I will not be back after today. I have not publicly criticized any business for how they are handling the pandemic because I know businesses are in a tough spot, but today at George's I went in and the clerk was not wearing a mask. This is annoying, but plenty of places I frequent have clerks not wearing a mask so I don't see it as a huge deal. Tonight, however, the clerk coughed multiple times into her hands before making change for me wow also not wearing a mask. I washed and sanitized my hands after leaving and I am sure I will be fine, but I'm not comfortable giving my money to businesses who are that blatant with putting their customers at risk.
